Easy to install and solved our problem.

I’m an HVAV tech so this was pretty straight forward for me.Install was easy, and it fit perfectly.Oven works great and hopefully lasts as long as I own the oven

Was puzzled why the oven would not light even though the old igniter was glowing. Learned if the igniter is no longer getting hot enough it does not make enough resistance current to open the gas valve. This igniter was a good price and came fast. There are great installation videos on line which made it safe and easy to install. The oven is working again for thirty dollars.

Quality was good. Our heating element needed changed for the stove to work. It fit great and worked good. Definitely would buy again.

This works for whirlpool gas ranges starting with model# WFP. This is much cheaper than going thru whirlpool because funny enough it’s “from whirlpool and it’s OEM. I’m savvy but mine was a pain in the ass to install. When taking out my old screw they were stripped. I had to reach back there and apply pressure behind the screw whilst pulling it out from the front. If you run to hardware store buy the size you need and a size up to “re bite the tap hole” when installing your new igniter. All in all. Solid price

Ordered to replace ignitor in oven. Easy to install. Perfect fit. Used regularly, seems to stand up to intense use.

After our oven went out, we poked around online and realized our ignitor had died. It did not glow when the oven turned on and, because it did not heat up initially, the safety release was never triggered and no gas was released.Took our time installing this after watching a number of videos online. It took us two tries--the first time, I installed it facing backwards. It was hot enough to release the safety and have gas come out but it was facing away from the gas so did not ignite it. Whoops--opened the windows and ran a fan for half an hour. Flipped it around and it has worked ever since then.My spouse and I are not particularly handy and we managed it. Just take your time, be careful with the gas line when pulling the stove out, and everything else is easy.

I was able to install this on my own. Easy peasy. It fit perfectly and fired right up. I was afraid to do this on my own initially till I saw it was literally one connector and 2 small bolts. I did hide in my bedroom the first time I brought it to 350 degrees though! Good luck all. Make sure you look at the connector part closely since there are a lot of different ones.
