I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.

I've been using nasal dilators for years and would certainly rate this amongst the best and most comfortable. The expandable wings to fit the unique internal size of each nostril is a useful feature. The fact that the dilator only impinges on each nostril in a narrow circle means that it impinges less on the nostrils than cylindrical dilators. They are on the expensive side - especially if you follow the maker's advice to replace each dilator after 10 uses. I don't see why this should be necessary as they feel like silicone rubber which should survive multiple washings. I'll update this review when I have the answer to the above.

As a deviated septum sufferer this has been a revolution, they are a little uncomfortable in the beginning but then anything shoved into your nasal opening is not going to be super comfortable so its win some lose some - BUT overall very happy with the way it does keep open the nasal cavity when sleeping. Now its a just a regular part of bedtime routine and im used to it now. ONLY real issue is the cost - wowo £16 for 3x rubbery things is not great value for money but for the benefit of sleeping better its worth it.

I don't understand the reviews from the people below; they talk about better breathing and a bit of help with snoring. The question that everyone wants to know is do they stop snoring at night and i can say with no hesitation they do nothing to stop snoring ,my wife says they possibly made it worse, but maybe that's because she was listing more in the hope of having a good night's sleep, i tried various sizes for a week and fitted them as instructed. the only reason im giving 1 star is you do seem to breathe easier because it's opening your nostrils a bit more, but breathing is not my problem ------ snoring is!!!

Since the stated purpose of this device is to increase nose breathing and reduce mouth breathing, I have to say that it works for me. In fact, two of the three sizes in the pack work for me. But both sizes which worked were somewhat uncomfortable, and I can't wait to take the device out of my nose when I'm using it. There's a measure of adjustment, but I couldn't find any setting that was really comfortable, despite a lot of tweaking. Also, if you have a cold, the results can be rather.... icky. It's easy to wash, though. I question whether a device like this could be made agreeable to use. It's probably not the manufacturer's fault that it isn't. And it's still preferable to a night of snoring, and not just for me.

The small didn’t stay in for me. The medium and large were too big. Could just be the size and shape of my nose.

La texture est souple et le bienfait immédiat pour respirer plus largement. La gêne ressentie au début s'estompe rapidement. Malheureusement, je ne le garde pas toujours toute la nuit, mais je ne sais pas s'il tombe tout seul ou si c'est moi qui l'enlève pendant la nuit dans mon sommeil. Je recommande cependant ce produit sans aucune hésitation.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Io lo uso per una migliore respirazione notturna a causa del setto nasale stretto. Ne ho provati svariati e questo funziona veramente bene. Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Estremamente soddisfatto.

Tenho leve desvio de septo, adenoide e rinite alérgica e estava com muita dificuldade de respirar a noite. Devido a isso estava fazendo barulhos e roncando muito o que estava me gerando muito constrangimento e vergonha de dormir com outras pessoas. Esse dilatador nasal me ajudou muito!! Ele e a placa de apneia praticamente zeraram o ronco, respiro melhor e durmo a noite toda! Faço o controle do meu sono com o app Pillow (esse app monitora o sono e grava o ronco)

Muy buen producto. Yo no ronco (o eso creo) pero durante la noche me cuesta trabajo respirar por algún tipo de alergia, lo cual me hace despertarme de noche y no descansar al 100%. Con este producto he podido dormir muy bien sin interrupciones. Lo único es que no estoy seguro de que dure 10 noches cada uno... anoche ya se me desprendio. Aun asi, vale la pena.
