This hairspray gives a great hold!

I have bangs but happen to live in the WINDIEST place ever, and my bangs used to get blown straight off my forehead and make me look like an absolute clown. Ever since I got this spray my self esteem has skyrocketed. I style my bangs every morning, spray a few sprays of this stuff, and they DON’T MOVE. My bangs still look soft and shiny and hairlike, but even in heavy wind they stay PUT. Sometimes when I don’t wash my hair for a few days my bangs even stay styled for several days in a row. Amazing. And it smells really nice, like a sweet kinda scent. Worth every cent for real.

The hold of this hairspray is very, very near on par with the Bead Head silver bottle I've been using for the past year. I decided to try this instead because paying $10 every 3 or so weeks was getting pretty expensive just for hair spray. This stuff is less than half the cost so I figured worse comes to worse I wasted less than $4 and best case I won't have to pay $10 for hairspray anymore.Like I said about the hold, it definitely holds well. I'm a guy with a pompadour hairstyle and it held my hair perfectly all day at work (9 hours). It's not usually humid in PA so I can't speak for how well it works in high humidity. The biggest thing I notice is that my hair looks a bit less greasy/shiny as well as it doesn't make my hair as hard compared to the Bed Head spray. Then again, I was probably just using too much of the Bed Head spray.Not sure it'll matter to anyone, but the pressure is about half as much as the Bed Head spray.Really, my only complaint about this is the fragrance. I smell like a women for two hours after putting this on and it's almost overbearing with how strong the scent is. That's just something you'll have to deal with if you get this hairspray. If it wasn't for this then it'd be perfect.EDIT:Dries enough in less than a minute that you won't be able to style much anymore. If you need to add any final touches to your hairstyle make sure you can do it in under a minute after applying this.Doesn't last into the next day whatsoever. No hardness left at all when waking up. I always style again in the morning, but I thought I'd mention it just in case someone out there doesn't.

I bought this in hopes it would be a good replacement for Nexxus Maxximum Hold Finishing spray that I was using and they changed it, so it not only doesn't work like it used to, but is waaay more expensive. This L'Oreal Paris Advanced Lock It Bold Control works great. It works as good or better than the Nexxus. You don't have to use a lot to get it to hold your style in place. Plus it's not super expensive. As long as they don't change it, I will definitely buy it again!

My new fav hairspray. Joico and Nexus hairsprays were my 2 favorite & I used for years. I decided to try the L'Oreal hairspray when I came across it on Amazon.I have fine hair but a lot of it,and its very limp & flat. I spray this on my roots after i blow it out. Also use it to hold my curls after I curl my hair.The results are amazing. Better than any texturising or bodybuilding product I ever used.-The hold last 2days!-Strong hold without being stiff or crunchy-I can comb it out & it doesnt flake.-it does not make my hair or scalp feel like i have ton of product in it.It does not spray wet like regular hairspray. It's more of a dry hairspray. Drys super quick. Before this hairspray I used, dry shampoo or texturising powder ( or both) for volume and then hairspray to give it hold. I can't say enough good things about this hairspray. I'm glad I took a chance an ordered this because this product is phenomenal. It replaced three products I normally use & at a fraction of the price. I wish I had this hairspray in the 80s.I highly recommend everyone try this hairspray. It's a great product and different from any hairspray I tried before.

Holds my fly-always/broken off shorter hairs back when I wear my hair in a bun or ponytail. Only time I use hairspray and I only use a very small amount. Not heavily scented. Hold’s hairs in place all day. And since I only wash my bright burgundy dyed hair every 4 days I’m happy to say that there is no build up and I can easily brush my hair later in the day or the next day without any stiffness or breakage and my hair is smooth again if I choose to wear it down and run my flat iron through it!

I love this product. So much so, I have bought about 20 (14 on Amazon) cans over the last few years. But, I would have to say at least 15 of the 20 have come with nozzle broken or nozzle breaks as soon as you use it. I'm a glutton for punishment, so I keep using it. Besides that, the price was great. I did contact L'Oreal, and was told they are aware of the defect. That's great and all, but after reading reviews, this nozzle problem dates back as far as April 2017. Five years later, and the problem has not been fixed. L'Oreal did send me three $5 coupons off future purchases for the defective ones. I'm actually in search of a new product, as in addition to the nozzle, the price has increased $1.00 per can. Doesn't sound like much, but still. Thanks for listening.

I've been looking for a good, but cheaper option of hairspray for my kidds and myself.I am a hairdresser, so I've used almost every hairspray under the sun.I really like this one. It holds well and the smell is quite pleasant.I subscribe and save this item, so I also get a small discount for doing that.Definitely one I would recommend.For styling braids, I spray a little water on my girls hair, spray with hairspray, and then braid.Hopefully this helps! 😄
