I was pleasantly surprised the charts are actually really good quality. They are thicker than paper but not on the thickness of card stock. They are easy to bend and have a very glossy feel to them. The star stickers that come with it are about as big as the tip of your finger.We've used the top row to mark Sunday through Saturday, to make it much like a calendar. It works perfectly are the top row is slightly thinner than the rest of the rows and there are seven columns across. If you don't count the top row, there are five rows beneath it, but if you want to put stars in the top row, then you have six rows and seven columns. (Roughly 35-42 stars can fit on one chart).This chart looks amazing and I think this will be perfect for daily habit tracking. My partner and I are using it to track a daily work out schedule. We love it! It is really motivating to look at. So, I think this is good for children and adults. Everyone could use a chart to help build habits.I will note that because of it's small size, be careful not to set it down somewhere out of sight. It seems like it might be easy to loose. Would do best to tack up on a bulletin board or on the fridge somewhere. Good luck!

I love this product! It has worked wonders in rearing students to be good little citizens. The colours and the design are not overwhelming and the stack of stickers are helpful!

I am using this to help motivate myself as a reward system for adult ADHD. The sheets are very good quality, and nothing came damaged. stickers are easy to peel and stay put. These are not laminated. The closest texture I can think of is a magazine cover. A kid could probably run around with this and not bend it too much accidentally.Regarding my use case - Most will use the top, smaller row to label the days of the week, but with ADHD, I find that it helps to not track achievements that way. Instead of feeling bad about the blank spots on the chart (missed days), I will fill each row as possible. This has lead to consistent success.

These are already starting out to be awesome for my kids, but the picture they advertise with the kids are very misleading. These are about a quarter the size of what it looks like in the ad photo. Amazon needs to start cracking down on using misleading pictures as examples. Scale should be more realistic.

My therapist found these as a creative way of managing my adult ADHD. They’re motivating, a convenient size, sturdy—and the stickers are so cute! What else can you ask for?
