Excellent customer service . We all know Logitech has great products but I didn't know their customer service was this great. I had this product for 15 months and it worked beautifully but over time one of the keys came off due to Natural wear and tear I realize that I was 90 days past the one year warranty but I reached out to Logitech anyway on the advice of paid Gemini 3 AI. AI suggested I reach out to Logitech because they're one year warranties are sometimes 2 years and I did and Logitech said even though my warranty was expired in this one case they would make an exception and they sent me a new keyboard which I have received and is working beautifully. I am very grateful to them as a company they did not have to do this!

After extensive research, I decided to purchase the Logitech Combo Touch instead of the Apple Magic Keyboard or ESR alternative. While its functionality and performance are impressive, the quality of this product is extremely disappointing. Pros: • Functionality: This keyboard is versatile and practical. You can use it as a keyboard, fold it back to function as a regular case, or detach it entirely when it feels heavy. • Performance: The keyboard has a premium feel, and the detachable design adds convenience. Cons: 1. Build Quality: Within two weeks, one of the key covers randomly came off. I contacted Amazon, and they redirected me to Logitech. The customer service process was tedious, requiring several emails, proof submissions, and information exchanges over a week. After returning the original product, I had to wait two more weeks for a replacement. During this time, I couldn’t use my iPad for fear of damaging it further. 2. Durability: The case scratches easily, and the black color highlights every mark. Despite using it gently, it looked like a year-old product within just two weeks of careful use. Recommendation: If you’re debating between this and other keyboard cases, do not buy this product. Consider the ESR option for better value or, if your budget allows, the Apple Magic Keyboard paired with a simple Amazon case. While the Logitech Combo Touch excels in functionality, its poor quality and durability make it a frustrating investment.

This protects my iPad from drops and damages. I really like the keyboard with all of the usual keys I use. It doesn't light up as well as my old one but still works fine. I'm a touch typist so not a big deal for me. One thing I really like is that the keyboard attaches to the back that holds the iPad magnetically, so if I want, I can remove it. There is a stand on the back of the iPad that I can pull out to prop it up like a photo frame so I don't have to hold it. I really like that. One thing that is a minus is the pencil. It attaches magnetically but there is no protection against it getting knocked off. The pencil is expensive so I usally leave it in a pencil cup and only attach it when I am going to use it at home. I don't feel safe putting the pencil on when I take my ipad out of the house. Too easy to lose the pencil. It is less bulky than my old Logitech keyboard case and seems to be a lot more sturdy as well.

This case unfortunately is a disappointment for me. I have the SAND color for my 12.9 so when I bought this one I thought 1: I was getting a cloth texture and 2: there would be no logo on the front. WRONG! This casing is so smooth it feels nice but what a change from the cloth and it picks up fingerprints like you wouldn’t believe!! So it drives me nuts. Secondly the logo is on the front piece as well as the back piece which is kind of annoying, one is sufficient. Overall the case functions exactly as I need it to and I love the style, I love the keyboard and it’s very responsive with no issues. Of course I’ll buy another when I need to, had my 12.9 for a few years with no issues on the siding of the case like others have - just take care it is all, obviously. If-when Logitech releases a cloth version for the new M4 11 inch I’ll be buying it - whether tan or grey I don’t care. I love the case and the way it works is perfect for me.

I purchased the Logitech Combo Touch for my iPad Pro on April 8, 2025. From a functionality perspective, it’s an outstanding product. The detachable keyboard is a brilliant design that makes it easy to switch between productivity and tablet mode, and both the keyboard and trackpad provide an excellent user experience. I’m a heavy iPad user, and my iPad is my primary device for both work and personal use. Because of that, the case sees intensive daily use, so I understand it experiences more wear than it would for the average customer. Unfortunately, after about 14 months, I’ve now experienced the exact same failure twice. The outer material started coming unglued on my original case, and after Logitech replaced it under warranty, the replacement developed the very same issue only a few months later. To Logitech’s credit, their customer support was excellent during my first warranty claim. They replaced the original case quickly and without any hassle, which reinforced my confidence in the brand. What disappointed me was what happened next. When the replacement unit failed with the same defect, Logitech declined my warranty claim because the replacement product had already been registered during the original warranty process. I was also referred back to Amazon, even though Amazon had no involvement with the warranty replacement and the original purchase was well beyond the retailer’s return period. Using the replacement history as the reason to deny support doesn’t seem reasonable. If a warranty replacement develops the same issue, customers should be able to expect the company to stand behind the replacement product as well. I still believe the Combo Touch is one of the best keyboard cases available for the iPad Pro. It’s innovative, comfortable to use, and genuinely improves the overall experience. My concern is that the long-term durability doesn’t match its premium price, and my recent warranty experience has left me questioning Logitech’s support for replacement products. I genuinely hope Logitech reviews both the product’s construction and its warranty process. I’d much rather be recommending this product without reservation, because when it works, it’s excellent.

I bought this log tech combo touch for my iPad Pro 11 last year. I’m still happy with it. It works perfectly. It charges off the iPad and I use it constantly so cost a little more but I do recommend it.

As title implies, and also broke within 3 days of receiving the product. 1. There is only the black color option. Black is already more prone to collecting fingerprints than white or silver, and the material choice on all services of this product is extra fingerprint friendly, meaning that the first time you see it is the only time you see it as intended. 2. The keys on the keyboard could snap off at any minute. I closed the keyboard lid over my screen, and it turns out the sleep key snagged onto the case, causing it to close at any minute angle instead of flush to the sides of the iPad. Upon rotating back, the key snapped right off, with the plastic switch housing also breaking off. So definitely an L purchase and a not recommend. Sadly, this is the only iPad keyboard on the market that is detachable and not Bluetooth, so there must be some sort of patent or deal Logitech has with apple that prevents any competitors from making keyboard cases with similar technology, which is super scummy and not consumer friendly.

Don’t think I’ve ever bothered to write an Amazon review in the past but this keyboard struck me as such a sub-par product with undeserved positive reviews that I am compelled. I use my iPad daily for work and travel frequently with it. I was intrigued by the removable keyboard, great price point, and positive remarks and decided to give this a try over the Apple Magic Keyboard. This Logitech unit has a very cheap an flimsy feel compared to the Apple keyboard, the iPad often unexpectedly detaches from the keyboard while moving it around, and the kickstand unreliably supports the iPad on anything other than a perfectly level desktop. This is a reasonable option for someone on a tight budget that doesn’t move their iPad around often but is tremendously inferior in fit, feel, and performance relative to the OEM Apple product.

Fits 2025 iPad Pro M5 perfectly. Easy installation. Pros: 1. Good quality keyboard with lit keys. 2. Easy installation Cons: 1. The material used on the case attracts fingerprints and smudges. The old Logitech iPad case did not do it. 2. There is no thorough description of all the keys and the touch pad functions I could find.

Honestly, I want to like this; the keyboard is good to type on, and the built in “kickstand” is handy for flying without having to have the keyboard on the in flight tray. Problem is after just about month of owning it, the case is splitting at the bottom so…that’s not promising from a build quality perspective. It’s also a pain in the ass to file a warranty claim. YMMV, but I haven’t done anything unusual with it so I’m not sure why this would happen. I posted this on October 14th which is when I first tried to open a warranty claim with Logitech: severl misdirects by their chatbot later, I had to contact them multiple times waiting for a response. My replacement arrived on November 4th. Since I have a Magic Keyboard, I may just sell this unopened to try to recoup some cash. I'm not confident that anything has changed. In general, I like the ComboTouch because of the removable top with its kickstand (on the 11", it was handy to slot into the seatback ahead of me on a plane and hold it at eye level.) The side protection is nice, but the volume buttons are very stiff. The trackpad is bigger I think, but not enough to make a real difference to me. The case overlaps just slightly on the side where the pencil attaches, creating a lip on both sides that prevents it from getting knocked off easily which is nice (i rarely use the pencil, despite using Lightroom.) It does show fingerprints like crazy, which is annoying but hardly a dealbreaker. Still worried about build quality--but YMMV EDIT: 2025-04-28 I received a replacement, which I didn't use for a few months and then decided to try again. After about two months of regular (and benign) use the case is separating at the exact same place...see the last picture with the ticket in the background. This appears to be a poorly made product.

Pros: - Protective case. - Does not use Bluetooth, rather the connector pins on the back of the iPad (similar to Apple Magic Keyboard). - Detachable keyboard (this one is huge). - Multi-angle stand. - Stylish. - Allows Apple Pencil Pro to charge. - Premium product. Cons: - Expensive. - Fingerprint magnet! Personal experience: As someone who does not use the keyboard frequently, I enjoy the fact that this keyboard is detachable and allows me to use the iPad like a tablet. The stand on the case is super adjustable, allowing multi-angle use. It is also pretty sturdy for what it is. However this generation of case has a new material that is very similar to the Magic Keyboard, kind of like faux leather feeling. It attracts a lot of finger prints. As well as the backing of the keyboard portion of the case has a metal backplate (likely for rigidity) that also attracts fingerprints like crazy. However this wasn't a major issue for me, a microfiber cloth removed the fingerprints easily. Overall the biggest downside is the high price and the fingerprints. If you can overlook those two aspects and you want a high quality keyboard-case for your precious iPad, I highly recommend this option!

This is now my favourite case of all time. Love how I can switch seamlessly between a keyboard and a then a writing tablet with a case.
