Works well on gas fire table stops flames from blowing

It was about half the price of ones I was looking at, and it works great. My only beef is that there's no way I'd feel comfortable picking it up as one piece to move it. I feel like it'd fall apart once I took it off the table. In order to get the sides tight enough to move it as one piece I think it'd end up cracking the glass. So I don't think it's a defect, it's just the way a portable glass shield is made. I'm very happy with my purchase, as it keeps my firetable lit - we have a lot of wind in our area and it would blow out a LOT without the glass shield.

Cleaning - Glass cleaner, vinegar, or dish soap did not work. However…Weinmans glass cooktop cleaner with a dobie sponge did the job!

Ideal fit for fire pit. However product was missing silicon washers for assembly. Called twice and got voicemail for message left message. No return calls. Finally got person on third try. Was told silicon washers would be sent out and should receive within a day. Wanted for use over the weekend. Got tired of waiting for parts. Just ordered another and will return unused, missing parts.oinchoi12

The media could not be loaded. The first one came in packaged well, but was shattered because it was obviously mishandled during shipping as the box was badly damaged. I requested a replacement and it shipped within hours of my request. The second one came in perfectly packaged and assembled with ease. It is a must have for a fire table and adds the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended.
