Calming and fashionable
Slightly heavier than I imagined and a bit big- maybe my small wrists don’t help- but I found the blue bead mesmerising when I felt my anxiety play up, really helped me through bad times :)I liked that people didn’t have to know what it was for and looks like a normal bracelet. Can't say it did much for my anxiety but it is a welcome distraction.I wear mine every day and do be careful not to get it wet etc however that didn't stop the elastic from sagging and eventually breaking after a few months of wear.A bit pricey for nothing more than a costume piece of jewellery.Don't expect it to cure you... it won't I'm afraid.

Broke in 1st week of wearing cheap quality pound shop rubbish gutted coz I was hoping it would help my very anxious child

Nice weigh and ideal for my needs with my anxiety and depression.Don’t know about the magnetic healing properties but it is useful as a distracting item.
