I let my friend use my storage room and sometimes he forgets to lock the thing at night. That meant me having to get out of bed, go outside, go downstairs and lock the thing. That was really annoying. He also loses keys a lot so I wanted something with a fingerprint reader so I didn't have to keep cutting keys for him. I read all the features this lock has and ordered it. Installation was really easy. From the mechanical work to getting it hooked up to my wifi and the app it was a breeze. The batteries last a long time in this unit. The fingerprint reader has saved me several trips the lumberyard to get a new key for my friend. What I really like about this lock is the Alexa integration. I run my home with Alexa's help. Now I can check to make sure my storage room is locked without having to get out of bed at night anymore. I just holler over at my Echo Show and everything is good. This lock looks nice too. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to mount the lock without either removing my top deadbolt or just replacing the deadbolt spot with this lock. I ended up plugging the deadbolt space because mounting the lock up there just looked kinda silly. This lock has helped me not lose sleep by running downstairs to lock the storage room. And now I don't have to yell at my friend for forgetting to lock it or losing his key. Great product and it gets a yes from me.

We wanted a garage door lock that would be able to be locked and unlocked without a key but was still smart, and this fit the bill a nice and budget friendly version of the other locks on the market.It does have bluetooth connectivity but not wifi, and needs a hub if you'd like to do that.The touch "screen" for the numbers is sensitive, but the real star is the fingerprint.This read all 4 finger prints we've housed on it, and open the door in milliseconds.it also takes NORMAL batteries, but for some reason have a screw to access them.The finish isn't bad either, (but could be better) then handle is actually quite nice and i wish i had matching ones.the real star is the way that it unlocks through NFC or finger print, its so smooth and quick.The App is okay (probably a 6/10) but once you set it up its pretty easy!

I ordered this smart fingerprint door lock for use in our home. Upon setting up the lock, I found that there is no way to program the lock without the app (called TT app). Unfortunately, I could not get the app to work with my phone. In addition, the app itself seemed a bit suspicious, and I ended up deleting it altogether.If you want to use this without the app, you're limited to using the physical keys - or pressing 1234 as a generic password to get it to unlock. But, then you'll get an annoying prompt asking you to set up the app.

I have used a fingerprint lock on my back door for many years. I saw this one - and decided I could convert another door. I liked the features and the look of the lock was good.Very nicely packages - and it easy to install. One small drawback was that I wasn't able to use it on the door I wanted to - because it was a bit too large to fit under the deadbolt. I look at my other doors - and I saw that my deadbolts weren't always a uniform spacing away from the handset. In any case, the lock performed well and the app was easy to set up. I already had a bridge that works with TT locks to be able to lock my doors from Alexa. That worked on this lock too (but you do need to buy the wifi bridge separately). Overall this was a good lock - I just wish it was a bit smaller. The price was good (and less than I paid for my other biometric lock).

This new smart door lock is awesome! Swapping out the old one was super easy. The keypad is really responsive, and I love being able to use fingerprints, cards, app or codes to get in. The app setup was a breeze too. Definitely recommend it!
