works excellently. im very happy to have this. No issues so far...

I installed it in place and it works perfectly, the company where it was refurbished left an user and some shortcuts, but I was allow to reverse to the factory settings without problems. the controller (just one) can be charged but its not the original PS4 controller. No complains for the product.

Was supposed to have 1 TB of storage, literally has only 500, 480 of which said was used up already??? The original owner was logged in. All I did was log into my wifi, now the ps4 won’t connect to my tv at all. Every time it turns on, it says it needs to be turned off because it cannot be found. Genuinely so upset. My day was already sucking and this is just the last straw for me. I knew I should have bought a new one. I hope I can return it.Edit: I am going to return it. I tried buying a new hard drive to see if that was the issue, and it was not. Waste of money and time.

I am enjoying this PlayStation. And when my grandchildren are here, they also enjoy it.

So the system and controller arrived packaged poorly and the controller didn't seem to work completely. Couldn't get past the ps4 initial setup. Company was very helpful and responded quickly. I just didn't want to wait for the time it would take to send back and get replacement so I just returned it with no hassle and I purchased one locally.
