ZAGG InvisibleShield HDX Case Friendly Screen Protector - HD Clarity + Extreme Shatter Protection for Apple iPhone 6 Plus / iPhone 6S Plus

Love this shield.

This HDX Shield was easy to apply, as I used to do nails professionally, so it just takes patience & good lighting. I practiced lining it up on the phone before taking off the plastic to make sure I would line it up right. Then I slowly lowered the bottom side around the home button onto the phone first, set it down and gently lowered the glass until the top part was on. I had absolutely NO bubbles to get out at all. It looks and feels as smooth as the glass on the phone itself. PLUS, after you get the glass at home you can go to the ZAGG website and register the product for a lifetime warranty if it ever cracks or breaks. WE have several ZAGG shields on different products for many years. Our 2 I phone 4S's used for OVER 5 years! One I Pad (1) one and I Pad (2) ZAGG Shields have the original ZAGG glass SHIELDS on top of each one. NEVER once have the HUB & I have any problems whatsoever with any ZAGG shields. I'm keeping my fingers crossed as now the HUB has a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone- Case Friendly with the ZAGG shield on it. I'm hoping to set a record for ZAGG Shields by keeping this I Phone 6 Plus shield free & clear of all defects for many years. I have only dropped my I Phone 4S one time since I am careful with a case all around the edges. All of the Smartphones have gotten expensive since they have turned into mini computers, rather than just phones. Fingers crossed, NO peeling, NO cracks on anything ZAGG-ED for the last 7 years in our home...YA for ZAGG!

The shield is glass like in transparency and collects fingerprints like glass but behaves like there is nothing between your finger and your touchscreen.That said, this is where it loses 1 star in my opinion. You have to be sure you are in a very clean environment when you apply this screen - as one little speck of dust will show as a bubble - and, in my experience, isn't easy to remove (if not impossible). The process of applying can be difficult and the first one I tried came back up off the glass as I attempted to remove the application tabs (which stuck to the InvisibleShield) which then attracted dust to the glue side - ruining a bubble-less, dustless, perfect installation. I almost gave up on them right then but I returned the defective shield for a full refund and got another one which went on flawlessly and easily came loose from the application/guide layer.If you want screen breakage protection with a near glass experience this one is great although the edges are abrupt and so I would like to see them rounded off a bit - but that might not be possible given the materials.A friend has the same phone and went with their Glass screen instead (which gives less shaterproof protection). The edges on it are rounded so it is a smoother edge and incredible look and feels just like the original glass screen (at a higher cost).

I have only given this 5 stars and I've only had it on the phone for a while. So far, so good. I can say it was very easy to install. I followed the instructions and was finished in no time. I have used Invisible Shield products in the past and spent a good 30 minutes on the installation process. Not this one. From the time I read the instructions to the time I was finished was about or just under 5 minutes.The screen protector is thin enough to allow me to put my case back on the phone. I have my phone in an OtterBox Defeder case. I think with the flexible rubber or what ever the material is around the phone, it allows it to stretch. If it were a harder case, it might not fit. I have a smaller case and it fits very nicely you barely notice the screen protector.I will try and remember to come back to this review in a few weeks and longer to provide updates but, so far I am pleased with it. I have dropped my phone with the case and the screen protector and it has held up very nicely.

I bought this 3 years ago when I got a second hand phone that had a crack in it. Since then I've dropped my phone multiple times (with only a rubbery case on it) and have had no further cracking. I'm so impressed! Next month I'll be buying a new phone because of software issues, so the screen protector has lasted longer than the phone!After 3 years I only have three tiny spots starting to pull up. I've never tried to remove the protector from my phone, so I don't know how that would go.

Having studied numerous reviews, both here and on tech Web sites, this product consistently receives the highest accolades. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that it does not cover 100% of the screen, but leaves a small uncovered margin. Perhaps someone could enlighten me if this serves a purpose of if it in fact detracts from the level of protection, as this is a premium product. By the way, I spent US $7.99 to have it installed by the Geek Squad at my nearest Best Buy and they did it perfectly, a worthwhile investment.

It was a little more difficult than I thought. But then I read the directions wrong! Don't be like me, read the directions well the first time. I do still have a tiny bubble in mine and was hoping it would disappear later like it said but that didn't happen. I'm pleased with the protection it has given my screen. You would think that as expensive as phones are they would come with screen protection included. But this was not expensive and did what I needed it to do.

Like all screen protectors they are a pain to put on, I ended up with a small bubble, but it’s in a spot that isn’t bad. So far I like the feel and my husband has used the warranty for his phone in the past so I know they live up to their word.

A must have addition to your iPhone. You spent $1000+ on this device, you need to keep it safe. And iPhone screens are terrible and break if you breathe on them wrong. These tempered glass covers can take a nail and not have the screen crack. They are remarkable and easy to apply.

Very clear and goes on nicely. A bit difficult to get in exactly the right position on the curved screen so the corner does lift a little.
