I recently started using the Alice Brainstorm Mushroom Chocolates while studying for the Bar Exam, and overall I get why they have good reviews. The biggest thing I notice is the type of energy. It is very different from coffee. It’s more of a smooth, steady focus vs. a big spike. I don’t feel jittery or crashy, which is a huge plus, especially when I’m sitting and studying for long stretches. I wouldn’t say it hits super hard right away, but after a few days of using them, I did feel more clear-headed and a little more “locked in” during study sessions. It’s been especially helpful for afternoon slumps when I don’t want coffee but still need to stay productive. The taste is okay. I personally don’t like chocolate, so that’s NOT on Alice whatsoever. They are not overly sweet, which I appreciate. A couple downsides: they’re a bit pricey for what you get. Also, if you’re expecting a strong, immediate caffeine-like boost, this probably isn’t it. It’s more subtle and builds over time, which I prefer. Overall, I love them for a cleaner, more focused kind of energy while studying, but I use them more as support rather than relying on them completely.

I was honestly so curious about these and they did not disappoint. The chocolate itself tastes really smooth and high quality not overly sweet, which I love. I’ve been using them as a little afternoon pick-me-up and I definitely notice a subtle boost in focus and energy without feeling jittery like coffee sometimes makes me feel. The only thing is the price is a bit high, but for me it feels worth it as an occasional treat + functional snack. Overall, really impressed and would repurchase!

Ok, long review - sit tight: - I like the chocolate take on mushrooms, they are earthy and the chocolate compliments it. I appreciate that they are not excessively sweet to try to mask the flavor. Admittedly it is a bit of an acquired taste but so was matcha and that is everywhere now haha - the effects were subtle - it def helped get me to that sleepy, pre-bed phase - like I felt chill, cozy and relaxed. I am still guaging if they truly helped me sleep as ive had some nights where i went right to sleep and others where my sleep latency was still not where Id want after taking one Overall, i am intrigued at the effect - and i want to try to focus ones next because ive had success with mushroom coffee and a chcolate is a much more enjoyable way to consume the mushrooms

This is my first time trying the Alice chocolates, but I’ve heard so much about them so I had to try them. The chocolate is smooth, rich, and doesn’t have an overpowering mushroom taste at all which is different than ones I’ve had before. I noticed a subtle, balanced effect; one felt more calming while the other was a bit more uplifting. I have always had trouble sleeping and this allowed my brain to slow down and be calm for a bit. Overall, a yummy and very nice experience.

I was given the chance to try this product and I'm hella glad about it. Taste: It's delicious dark chocolate, right amount of bitter. There's perhaps a hint of mushroom but nothing overwhelming. Compatibility: Having never tried it before and not being a regular consumer of any type of mushrooms --- glad to report, it and my stomach had no issues. Efficacy: Absolutely works! I used it in place of my caffeinated energy drink and I made it through a full active work day feeling focused. One thing to be mindful of is that it does cause you feel full, and will this affect appetite. For this reason, I wouldn't have it everyday, but as needed. Great that it's double packaged in a metal tin which allows to stay fresh. Give it a try y'all!

Don't listen to people who say this tastes great. It's not a pleasant taste. Chalky texture (duh, it's vegan) and a metallic aftertaste (Zinc?). The effects are somewhat noticeable. Meaning I don't feel as wired about a half hour after I take it. Given the cost, I'm not sure it's a good value for my money. I'm sure there are other supplements out there that work getter. Honestly, you're mostly paying for packaging.

I don't often struggle with sleep but there are just sometimes where I get in these streaks where I cannot clear my mind before bed and really struggle to stay asleep. I bought the Nightcap Alice Mushrooms in hopes to help in these moments. Firstly, these are SO yummy! Kind of a two for one because I am always craving a little sweet treat before bed. Super creamy and delicious. I had one square as I was reading before bed and it was the perfect way to end the night -- I fell into a nice easy sleep and was really able to clear my mind! I woke up feeling super refreshed after a very deep night of sleep. I will be keeping these right on my nightstand to help on the nights I need them & the packaging is SO sleek and subtle! Highly recommend!

Let’s be honest… the girlfriend and I both had it, but did not notice any difference! The ads for this are very misleading and do not do what they claim… I ate a half a bar to see if I would notice anything…. Nothing!! Don’t waste the money on this product!!
