These are simple plastic tubes to add rigidity to your oxygen supply tubing to help prevent crimping, but they are not simple to put on (at first). It is hard to open up the tube and slide it on the oxygen tubing. What works: Use a pen or toothbrush handle to slide inside the tube to expand it, then you can easily find an edge and open it up a little. Leave the pen in and guide the expanded part of the tube over the oxygen tube. It only takes a few seconds.Do they work? Yes, they do add rigidity to the oxygen tube so you can put them in areas that are likely to crimp. If you bend the oxygen tube too tightly it can still crimp but is less likely. So better but not perfect. Then they tend to slide (and are then not effective), so you can use the included zip ties to tighten them down. Or tape might work.Do you need them? Maybe. The stress relief ends (thicker on the end) on my oxygen tubing eliminate most areas of crimping.All in all they do help yet feel more like a prototype than a refined product. For a few dollars (and if you use the easy method to install), they are just ok.

After half an hour trying to attach to the tubing I gave up. Does anyone have a video of an easy way to install?

They are very hard to put on and they don't stay in place.
