Relatively easy to fit; I made use of the double sided adhesive pads as with most modern toilets, you can’t reach where the bolts would need to go underneath. Looks good and has stayed solidly in place.

I am 22 stone in weight and hate a toilet seat that slips. The plumber recently installed 3 WCs and the seats were flimsy and slipped. So after research, I bought this and have now installed it on all WCs in house. After a year of use, I am very pleased with them. The seat is both very comfortable and never slips. The lid is heavy and has a beautiful soft closure action, unlike others. Press the release button which allows you to clean the pan easily. Easy to install and worth watching the Youtube video. I strongly recommend this product.

not bad, installation options and the flexibility they provide is probably the best part, have to callout the quality though. While I’m yet to have the soft close issues other described I have noticed how freely the material is, hinges seem maybe too rough? not sure but you can hear the product creek under any force, otherwise it does function as intended. Value for money? unsure, suppose you have to pay for the selling point around its fitting mechanics

Bought this to replace an old cracked toilet seat which had no soft close mechanism. This is absolutely great, so happy with it. Wish I’d known how easy it was to replace or I would have done it sooner!! The hardest bit was removing the old toilet seat. The toilet is built in so there’s no access to the underside so I used the top installation option. It was so easy to line up and so easy to install! The quick release button is located at the back so it is hidden from view. This contradicts the instructions so that slightly confused me but it still works perfectly fine. Hoping it will last a long time!

Easy to fit mechanism but the quality versus my previous seat is awful. Cheap plastic not a nice feel.

Looks good quality, but was a pain to install. The instructions that come with it are terrible. Found an installation video online and that was better, but still had to ring Croydex customer services to clarify something that didn't tally with the intructions - I had to apply a lot of pressure to turn the hinge to the right position so it matched the instructions. The quick release button was a fiddle, it doesn't come off easily. Time will tell if it stands up to daily use.

After looking for a long time for a toilet seat replacement for a Twyford Rhapsody this product was ideal. Fits the 225mm hinge holes hole width perfectly. Shape almost perfect shape, difficult to tell it’s an after market seat. Seat is very comfortable. Stable, sturdy, easy to clean compared to other replacements I have tried. Excellent price. Much higher quality too compared to the original. Family and I very happy after first week in use.
