I was looking for a new reclining chair for my family room and purchased Flexispot XL3 chair.I am very happy with my chair and would highly recommend it. It has many functional features and is great value for money. The chair was shipped and delivered within 3 days, which I thought was phenomenal.The chair was delivered in just 3 days to my surprise.The chair came in two boxes. One box has the base with motor and power supply. You need two people to lift it.The other box came with back and cushions and accessories including remotes. The assembly was easy (just sliding the pieces in and connecting wires). No tools needed.Black PU Leather has a rich look and soft feel.It has electric reclining and easily adjusts between deep reclining (for a nap) to comfortable sitting to standing mode for elderly to get off easily. The recliner movement is quite silent.It has 3 massage modes, 8 vibration modes and includes shoulder relief, back massage, thigh massage and leg massage. The chair provides gentle massage. In-built heating will be very useful during winters.The chair is designed with attention to details. It has 2 cup holders which comes in very handy while watching TV, side pockets to store magazine or remotes.I am using it for everyday use to relax, watch TV and get massage etc.

Set up quickly, and my husband loves it 😊I love the warm brown tones, it looks better than I expected, and is very soft feeling.My husband sits in it for hours at a time, says its Very comfortable. Our large grown son sits in it to play video games, its his favorite gaming chair now

This chair is a Little bit smaller, so it's not for large people. I am a little bigger, 5'7" 180 lbs. It fits me and people that are average size. I love the size for my smaller apartment, fits rift in!The messaging is vibration. It feels very nice, especially for the price. The Heat does work. I suggest the 30 min setting of you want heat bc it takes a few mins to heat up (like anything else).The fabric is a little cheaper (why it's 4 stars) but will do nicely. I put a fuzzy blanket over the top for extra comfort. The chair is cushy and comfy!So easy to assemble! No tools needed. I didn't find the top side panels until later (pictured) but they were tucked right under. Recline the chair (up side down) to pull them out.It reclines easily with pull tab (no motor to malfunction). Swivels nicely!Great quality for the price. With anything I do recommend being gentle with it. It's not heavy duty and may be prone to rips if you are extra rough. Should hold up well for many years with normal wear.So great in the morning & especially after work!!! I'm a semi truck driver so it's needed! I'm in love with my massagy chair lol

So far I am extremely pleased with my chair.It is so comfortable.My neighbor felt the same way.The only thing I will say and it isn't negative. If you are single and especially old like meHave delivery person put inside homeI was gone when it was deliveredI was able to push in garage but I'm pretty strong for my age.Anyway 5 stars !!!!Don't try to put together takes two people.Thank goodness my Daughter and Son in Law did am excellent job.Also love the heat massage!

This was very sad, I bought two chairs from this company. One a recliner and One a lifting recliner. I bought the lifting recliner because my husband is barely able to walk or stand up. The chair arrived and I attempted to put it together. One arm rest popped into place the other would not after several attempts and a back spasm I gave up. Contacted the company and was told I would get no help unless I emailed a video of the problem. I told them I didn't have access to tech to make that happen. So... they could not help me. The second recliner arrived and the same issue occurred. One arm rest popped into the place the other side would not. I had someone come over and attempt to help and still no luck. I called the company again and was told send a video. I requested my money back immediately. Was told to return the chairs and then a refund would be given. Got a call back to say keep the chairs and I would still get a refund. What am I supposed to do With TWO broken chairs!!Highly disappointed as this was for my husband to help him maneuver with his disability.Would not recommend or buy again.

The cable pull for the footrest came free making it very difficult for an elderly woman to get her feet elevated. Assembly was a breeze and the massage/heat features are greatly appreciated.
