This is an awesome set of draw strings! It comes with a bodkin and a threader to help you get the string through your garmet/bag/etc. The length on these is perfect for adult hoodies or pants. I'm a female that usually wears size 6-8 pants and they go around my hips and have a good amount to be able to tie, but not so much that I cant leave them untied. I plan on using them to add to pajama and workout pants that I sew! They're relatively stretchy, which will make them very comfortable.The set comes with the plastic stoppers, but I think they look rather silly with the drawstrings. The drawstrings have a bronze/gunmetal aglet that look very nice. They'd look better with a metal stopper.

My partner has a bunch of tennis shorts that have lost their drawcords. This was the perfect package of supplies to get the shorts back to being usable.The pink, long, U-shaped threader worked great…once I was finally able to jam the metal end of the drawcord through the eye that was a tad smaller than the metal end. (And there was a little piece of plastic at the eye end of the tool —see photo— that was getting caught on the fabric so I had to sand off that little piece. No biggie, but it would have been nice for the manufacturer to have smoothed out the ends of the tool since it’s being used on fabric.) Once I got the drawcord passed through the threader, it took less than 90 seconds (yes, I timed it!) to thread the new drawcord through the waistband of his shorts. Then I applied one of the plastic toggles to secure the two drawcord ends. Easy peasy!The length of these drawcords is enough for a men’s waistband, with enough excess to tie the ends in a bow if you wanted to.The package also comes with a metal bodkin that you can also use to thread the drawcord through a waistband. But the pink plastic U-shaped tool that was included was much faster than using a bodkin.The metal ends on the drawcords are a nice feature and are much nicer than the usual plastic ends you normally get on drawcords.If you need to replace the drawcord in a waistband or a hoodie, this is a great package to have on-hand for that task. We will be using it often in our household.

It comes with a variety of drawstrings in a whole bunch of colors. The tool is the main thing that I wanted and it works quite well. It was easy to fix the drawstring on my partner's sweatpants and it only took a minute. I have several hoodies that have lost their strings over the years and I am looking forward to restringing them as they get pulled out of the closet.The kit also comes with cord stoppers, which is great because those are often lost or broken and having spares is very handy. I am pleased with the quality and value of the set.
