Osho Dynamic Meditation

I bought this as i'd seen his teaching of Dynamic Meditation on U Tube, and it looked like worth doing..I love the music which was arranged by Deuter to go along with each step, feels so primal, and trance like, makes you want to release anything which is inside you.Each of the 5 steps leads you from totally letting go (but keeping your awareness still all the time)to repeating a mantra 'hoo hoo hoo' and then standing completely still in what ever position you find yourself in.It's unlike yoga or meditation in the conventional way (but Osho was never conventional.)I did feel more grounded (helped by one particular step 3)and connected with myself afterwards and it felt great!I would definitely recommend this c.d to anyone who is willing to try it..

Fantastic meditation which releases tensions in the body and the mind and helps one to go deeper into the silence and blissful ness of meditation.

It’s okay

I was very disappointed with the cd. I thought for £10 the cd would be an hour long. Instead it was less than 5 minutes long!!!I realise now I made a mistake regarding the cd. When I played it on my cd player the full version was there. It was only on my lap top that the short version showed. So i am delighted with the cd.

Not what I expected. This meditation has steps where you shake wildly and holler, then at the gong stop for 5 minutes in the position you were in, and more.

I use this CD to teach my students how to renew their brains and thoughts.

lo consiglio ai veri amanti del genere, la meditazione di osho non è molto comune x per questo la consiglio a tutti, veramente utile, in esperienza da provare e da giudicare di persona

J'ai été surprise en recevant le CD car il ne semble pas du tout à la photo indiquée. Il s'agit en fait d'une vieille édition mais j'aurais dû m'en douter compte tenu du prix et qu'il s'agissait d'une occasion. Le principal est que le cd fonctionne bien.
