So this is a pretty strange set up and does not hang very low from the neck. It is nice and secure when set up. The camera is ultimately mounted to a magnetic piece which then clips into the neck mount. This is not supported by only the magnet but also a nice secure mechanism that snaps into place. The additional strap is only necessary if out doing heavy activity to help keep it stable and less shaky. This definitely gets the job done for what it's intended for but could have been designed differently. I wish the neck mount was adjustable to have it hang lower if desired.

The SUREWO Magnetic Neck Mount Necklace Holder works great as an additional mounting point for my Ace Pro. The necklace itself is very easy to setup, clicks into place and the included strap, once adjusted helps to hold the camera down.

It's a little odd and the instructions are NOT helpful at all.The instructions are in english and Japanese BUT it is also instructions for parts that are not in this kit. WEIRD.Also, once you get that thing on, just PULL really hard to get it out so that you can remove it from around your head.The strap was nice as it did help stabilize it and the camera that I have screwed in well and took a video well.Overall, OK but just expect that the instructions are going to suck.

I have a few Surewo mounts and I like that the ones I have all have interchangeable mounts so I can easily swap from device to device fairly quickly.Removing the cam mount from the neck mount is a bit awkward. It takes a few tries to get used to the removal process, but it gets easier with practice.For lighter cams, I like having the neck mount and I don't use the extra straps to help hold the neck mount in place. When I use slightly heavier cams, it's nice having the extra straps to help keep everything in place a little better. I have the chest mount as well, and in a way I like this more, but they both have their pro's and con's and are better at different use cases. I would use the chest mount for more active shooting where I'm moving around a lot or fast. I would use this for more walking or standing still situations.

Received the item, and when I opened, both side of neck strap was loose. I thought you supposed to connect, but one side supposedly not loose (maybe glued?).One side lock fine, but other side is now loose, and cannot wear it.Also the video shows inner neck string/strap. That didn't come with the item, and instruction said it's optional. Obviously, if you jump around, it'll jump all over the place without inner neck string/magnet.Magnet is very strong, so I had hard time separating the mounting base from the strap even with release button pressed.Not a good impression for new item.
