I’m very happy with the umbrella. It’s exactly what I needed for my small balcony. The handle to wind the umbrella up and down works very well. The structure of the umbrella is also very good and sturdy. Very good value for money.

Looks great in my garden

Great addition to my small garden, the crank to put the umbrella up and down is a great touch, making it a very simple thing to use. Just doesn’t feel the sturdiest.

I purchased this umbrella with the half base that goes with it from the same company. The base doesn’t support the umbrella that well, it doesn’t feel that solid or secure so I am disappointed I paid extra for it.The screw head is threaded where the bolt goes into the parasol stand. A poor design with only two threads of screw attaching it. Can’t see it lasting sadly.

Very good quality

I have a sloping garden and just a narrow path next to the wall to place a my companion bench. I thought this would be a perfect fit to give some shade from the full sun and not too expensive.When this arrives you have to screw the part with the crank handle on and it was really stiff. When I eventually managed to get it screwed on I realised that the sticker on the handle showing which way to turn up and down had fallen off. It fell off again taking it down again and got lost in the garden. You also have to fit the canopy to the frame and the instructions don't make clear that you have to unscrew the cap off the top of the frame and screw back on once the canopy is in place. The canopy itself had oil stains on it.Once up and in place, the pole is too long so the parasol is too high and the canopy too small so it provided no shade. Unfortunately, I can't unscrew the bit with the crank handle to get it back in the box and the sticker is lost so can't send the thing back.I have spent a bit more money on a different one that arrived ready to put straight up and has a much larger canopy.

I was looking for something to use on our balcony, to block the sun and also to stop the rain which can trickle down from the balcony above. I didn’t know these existed, but it’s perfect and looks good too. Very happy with this purchase !

Got this bc the wind whipped my canopy off my swing seat. Larger than I expected does the job great! For real sunny hot days I barbecue under it also. I have it against a fence so it wobbles a bit but I tied it with some string and the jobs a good un. Also brought the half base to go with it. Took a bit to arrive but I think it came from Germany so all is forgiven there.
