The bike is perfect. The only problem we had was opening the box to a color we had not chosen, however, it was so beautiful we kept it !

Do Not order this bike, pay extra for a strider bike. Both tires were bent when we received it, I tried calling and emailing with no answer. We have had it for 6 weeks and it’s already rusted.

This bike seems really high quality. Easy assembly and ready to ride out of the box. I did have to tighten the hub on the rear wheel which was making a bad rattle initially but an easy fix! Seems like a great bargain compared to other brands.

Great bike for the price...

Rear wheel was missing a bearing and locked up on my kid on her first ride. Poor quality product.
