I've been using HMB as directed as part of a weight and cardio training program. I believe it has contributed to more strength and muscle mass than I would have achieved without the supplement.

I bought it so my muscle loss would slow down and it has helped immensely.I am not a medical doctor but I am happy with the results I got in the month I have used this.

As an older adult I chose this for possible age-related muscle and energy loss after doing a bit of my own research as to the potential benefits. I can't confirm with certainty any benefits over regular weekly exercise but I think this falls in the category of supplements that results can take time to gauge which can make them difficult to measure. When I was younger and hitting the gym daily split shifting and doing drop or super sets gauging supplement performance and whether it provided an extra edge to push through was much easier. I am of the opinion we are each different and with some supplements the results can greatly vary.

Works as it should

A huge fan of bulksupplements and all of their products. I used other distributor websites for years and they have since drastically fallen. This was so convenient I started buying almost all of my supplements from bulksupplements.

Won't be buying.... did nothing, did not assist in preserving the muscle at all

Not sure if I'm getting any benefit from it, can't tell any difference from taking this apart from creatine
