Bought to safely store guns away from the kids, safe is effective. Easy to follow directions and assembly. This was just the size we needed, measurements are accurate. Digital lock is easy to use. Not bad for the money.

Of the many purchases I have made this is one of the few that has angered me. Where do I begin. Many dents on safe but outside packaging was fine. The description to say is misleading is a huge understatement. “15-18 large gun safe” is an outright lie even if it was AI generated. It mentions with or without scopes. So where do I begin. This “safe” is really a large ammo can. I was able to get in 1 bolt gun with a scope, 1 shotgun, 2 AR and this is where the struggle begins they would not stay in place with the foam padding constantly moving. So only able to fit 3 side by side the other one had to be placed on the other panel with the foam holder. That took up the bottom portion. Only other option for the remaining space on the bottom with to try to fit a slim ammo can. The holster pocket on the side were so large even a 6” barrel revolver sank to the bottom. So aggravating. On the shelf part you would have to buy something else to hold/organize handguns. Huge point though is trying mount to the wall, there is no way you are going to hit a stud even if you drill your own holes. Only thing positive I can say is the lock as far as key or fingerprint works. The light system is trash. In reality this might if you’re lucky may hold 4 rifles with no scopes and a few handguns if you buy a holder, good luck fitting a large ammo can after you put the rifles in. You will to take stuff out to get other stuff out and then back again. What a mess. Really annoying to try to disassemble and try to do a return.

First off this isn't bad for what it is. As others have said this is a cabinet not a safe. There were a few flaws as you can see in the pictures. It did arrive with white stuff all over the door pockets but I think it's clean able. The biometrics didn't work at first. I had to remove the door accessorie cover to access the locking mechanism. I discovered that the wire for the biometrics was left unplugged. Once I got the wires plugged in it worked perfectly. The door is nice and sturdy for what it is. The walls are thin but I installed this in a closet and bolted it to the walls. I feel this made it much more secure. Assembly was a pain since the instructions are just pictures and you have to figure out what parts go where as nothing is labeled. One thing I really didn't like is the flooring of the safe doesn't bolt in it sits on heavy metal clips. It does appear to be fairly solid though and even turning the safe upside down it was hard to push the floor back off. Assembly did take 2 people because the door is the heaviest part and the cabinet tips over when the door is open. There were some small chips in the paint from shipping but they were so small I couldn't get a picture. It comes with 2 not 3 gun racks as advertised. There is no customer support if you have missing or damaged items as it seems amazon handles the while process and will only offer you a full return and not replace missing or damaged parts. This is kind of bad since you have to unbox the whole thing to check it over and reboxing this would be a complete pain!This will work well enough to keep kids and others away from your firearms but it would be easy for a real thief to get into. Just be aware. It works for my purposes and I'm fairly happy with the purchase. I might buy another because I have enough space in the closet to put another right beside it and fill the gap.Not bad for the price just as long as you know your not getting anything more than a heavy cabinet with a 4 bolt door.

Bought this for my husband to keep his collection safe. Putting it together was not easy. Nothing was labeled or marked. So you really have to study the instructions. My husband loves that it has multiple options to unlock easy and fast but also safe. It's sturdy not to heavy to move around. We are able to to bolt to the wall. The price of this item wasn't so bad. It was worth it.

No, it’s not fire rated. No, it isn’t completely secure and impenetrable. Yes, it’s a low cost option to keep weapons secure from kids and random home invaders. I’m using this inside a locked conex at my farm so it only needs to be somewhat secure. Assembly is easy due to the riv-nuts already installed on the panels. I don’t think it will fit 10-12 weapons unless you count handguns, but there is room for several rifles and shotguns. The powder coated panels all arrived in perfect shape and went together well enough. The digital lock has a backup key, so that is nice if it ever fails. Overall I think it’s a great value for keeping you weapons safe from kids and casual thievery.

This is a flimsy, poorly designed, very cheap safe. The only thing acceptable is the door, if you didn't have to put the whole safe together like a cheap off brand desk. The instructions need instructions, and a magnifying glass, nothing was labeled, it's extremely front heavy and WILL tip if it's not bolted down, and the many doesn't explain how to actually LOCK the safe door. Even if it was locked, it would not be difficult to break into, a saws all with a metal blade would do the trick.I would NOT recommend this safe to anyone. There are better ways to throw away money, like burning it. The only reason I gave it one star is cause I can't give it none.

Bought for my husband for his avid gun collection. It is very well made - sturdy and heavy. Lock works great and instructions on how to set the lock were very straight forward. I feel better knowing our guns are locked up tight!
