This is an excellent reminder of how much we can improve our lives with natural remedies. From eating to curing a common cold, healthy recipes, and fitness, this book has it all. What I like about the book is that you can pick any chapter that interests you and start with that.

Of tid bits for living holistically. We “delve” into yoga, the power of herbs, hydration in 2 to 5 sentence paragraphs. Recipes such as how to make an egg salad sandwich or reuse a plastic bag (why do you still use them?) can be gleaned from the internet or more comprehensively from Chat gpt. So why a 4 star review? It prompted me to ask who is Barbara ONeil? Oh, here is a pioneer worthy of research.

Nice little guide to natural remedies and daily wellness
This book is a nice little guide to daily wellness, offering a wealth of practical tips and easy-to-follow recipes. The author's approach is refreshingly straightforward, making it accessible to anyone looking to improve their health. Sure all of this is "on the internet" but who wants to spend all of the time sifting through when this book has all the information in one book? I liked the simple formatting that made it easy to learn all of the information. The emphasis on natural health solutions and lifestyle changes is both enlightening and empowering. I recommended this book for those seeking an easy-to-read basic guide to a holistic approach to well-being and learning basic natural remedies.

This book is based on the teaching of Barbara O'Neill, but basically it is full of common sense advice. I would have liked her to dwell in deeper in some areas, but all in all it is a good source of info if this what you are looking for.
