Very good quality. Water doesn't enter inside if you packed your bag nicely. The lock is also good. I will give 5 star if the quality of lock is little sturdy. Overall it's a very good product, within budget.

My experience is wost with this water proof bag cover. I am carrying a lap top, a mobile phone and a bluetooth ear phone inside the bag pack and cover the back by this same water proof cover. After reached my home when I open my bag then I found my phone and ear phonea was not working and I submitted my laptop to my nearest shop for repair. I was not clicking any pictures at that time but my phone and my ear phonea are completely dead due to water entey. This is not a water proof cover.Where is the trust?

Did use it but yes got right product for my 15L laptop back but for 35L to 40 L you will have adjust remaining everything is good .But it's only useful if your are applying it and wearing the bag ...If you want bag to be completely cover get a big cover for it
