Q: Is there an ingredient list on the bottle? Does this water contain magnesium sulfate?

Hi yes it list what is in the bottle (which is BPA Free) Ingredients: are Purified Water infused with traces of Calcium, Potassium,Magnesium and Zinc. It does not say which Magnesium. I also like the fact that it tells you to use a calibrated pH meter or high range pH reagent drops to accurately verify you pH level. DO NOT USE low range pH strips made to test human fluids. One other thing I like is it has a shelf life of 2 years. I like the taste and it never gets to be 1 year shelf life let alone 2. Hope this helps.

Q: What is the expiration date?

The expiration date is different on each case of water. I purchased several cases from Amazon and never had a problem with the water being expired.
