This is easy to assemble and easy to use. The build quality is very good, however the magnet for the timer could be stronger as it sometimes falls off.This has been used daily for a couple of weeks with no issues.

Good product does exactly what it says on the box.

The between two items in the joint the squares not enough strong to put them together.Keep going inside and it's hard to pull out.Also not strong tight.

This abs roller wheel with timer function doing great job i must admit, Im using every day and I can see some results already after only few days, I mostly like that it looks like really good quality for long time of use.It's lightweight, and it has very comfortable integrated elbow rest which is firm and not loose.It's very stable when using, very safe to use, and it runs very quietly.Great for arms, back muscles, abs, chest, gluteus maximus, lower limb muscles and more.The maximum load capacity is up to 100kg.Great quality at all, and price is reasonable for sure.I can easily highly recommended to anyone.
