Very effective for knee rehabilitation exercises at home
I had my left knee replaced on May 21, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Due to surgical error, the implant failed and it had to be replaced within one month. Following the revision, I used this device, which I found on Amazon.com, to help with my in-home physical therapy exercises. It is very effective at increasing the range-of-motion in your knee. It is easy to use, well put together and does not fall apart. You simply put your foot on the board, which has wheels underneath, and pull the cords towards you and then back away from you, and your leg bends with it. It's a very simple concept but effective and I believe that anyone who is doing knee rehabilitation following knee replacement surgery, or any type of knee surgery, would benefit from using this device. I actually recommended it to the physical therapy place where I went, and they were going to look into getting one for patient use.

This product is wonderful it made my healing process faster and my range of motion improved tremendously. Only improvement needed is a better hand grip at the end of the rope instead of just a knot. Other than that the product is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Slippery!!!
Be very cautious! This is very slippery and can cause you to fall if you don’t sit down in a chair with support. Do not walk or stand with this on. I was too fearful to even use. I tried it on and knew it was not safe for me.
