I have been taking it for only a couple of weeks, but I have noticed that my hair is stronger and greying less. I also have more energy... I cannot comment on the flavor because I drink it with tea and do not notice any change in the flavor of the tea.

Greenbush Fo-ti liquidIs a little herbally taste not bad has a bit of sweetness not much..but i use it under my tongue let it absorb .

I am starting to take it, so I cannot give an opinion, but I can say that I bought it because I heard that it brings back the natural color of your hair.
