This alarm clock is needlessly difficult to operate. There aren't just three alarms that you can set, there are actually 9 alarms total. There are three groups of alarms that each have three alarm times you can set in each group for a total of 9 alarms. It would be fine if you could turn the unwanted alarms off. But you can't. So if you want to set your alarm for 7 a. M. You will also have to set 2 more alarms to go off that SAME day. Who needs 3 wake up alarms in one day? Or who needs 9 different alarm times in one alarm clock?Also, the snooze button is easy to find and big. But if you want to turn off the alarm you need to pick up the alarm clock, turn it around to the back control panel, find a tiny little button and hit that button - all first thing in the morning when you wake up. I don't know about you, but I do not need an alarm that requires me to do multiple steps to turn it off first thing in the morning!

We needed a new clock for our 7yr olds rm that was digital, backlit, and gave us room temp. This clock fit the bill! His last clock plugged in and after a powersurge during a storm ran the time fast. We were happy to find this clock is battery operated. We use Amazon rechargeable batteries without issue. Setting the clock can take some getting used to. I have written the 2 settings I find hardest to remember right on the back of the clock with a sharpie solving my memory issue. No more hunting for instructions! Happy with purchase.

I'm usually pretty smart at figuring out technology, but I tried twice to set up this alarm - slowly following the tiny diagrams and instructions. Both times the time didn't stay set right, I obviously did something wrong. Wish I would have saved the packaging to return it, but for this price, I'll toss it and order something simpler.
