Hydraulic Power Unit 1.2kW 2200PSI 12V DC Hydraulic Station Pump Double Acting, Power Unit for Dump Trailer Car Lifting Platforms, 8 Quart (Double Acting+Handle Control)

I couldn't justify getting the hydraulic log lift when we bought a little sawmill, but now I'm kind of missing it. I've been loading with the tractor forks, but it's not as controlled as I'd like. I've seen how the hydraulic ones work and have some handiness with tools, so...this power unit seems like a great place to start. It's the heart of the thing all in one place. 12v motor/pump/reservoir and controls. Plenty of mounting holes. I just need hoses and to come up with a couple of lift arms and I'll be ready to go. Probably go back and redesign a few times, but this unit takes care of most of the hard parts. 12v is the most convenient for power by the mill which keeps it simple. This is just what I need.

I ordered it because of the wireless remote. But sadly even that doesn't work half the time. It's not strong enough to lift my dump trailer even when its only a ¼of the way full.

Wont lift trailer

This is a solid HPU. Works out of the box (after you hook it up and fill with hydraulic fluid of course). I've got it on a die-cart and really only need movement in one direction, not two, but now that I know it works, I'm thinking about making a dump function for my utility trailer.Works great!

This self contained unit has adjustable pressure settings and it comes fully assembled including the 12 volt wired control. This is perfect for a replacement pump on dump trailers with power up and down and an 8 quart reservoir. Quickly extends and retracts fully loaded.

très satisfait presentement par contre manque de longueur de fils . je vous recommande de le mettre à une longueur minimum de 12 pieds ou 3.7 metres merci gf
