Good quality dental picks recommended by Dentist work really well. Just do the teeth you want to keep!

Easy to use, can be discreetly carried in a wallet or purse when you head out to dinner. Complements a flossing routine.These picks are flexible and can get to hard to reach areas between teeth at the back of the mouth. I find them incredibly effective. Can use the same pick for a few uses. The handy little plastic case carries a few picks when you go travelling.Ignore the bad reviews. These are fab.

For years I had several areas of my gums that bled easily when flossing, etc and that I just couldn't get rid of. I couldn't use the larger wire brushes because my teeth are too tightly packed. The hygienist suggested trying these and I think even she was amazed at the difference, no more bleeding gums. I found gaps between my teeth I didn't know I had! They're handy to carry around and use after eating. Just beware of over using the same pick as the orange covering does eventually break away. I'd prefer not to get new carry cases every time I buy these (I already have plenty!) but otherwise these are brilliant if you have tightly packed teeth. Wouldn't be without them now.

really work and way easier than flossing. Ignore the negative reviews as people are so bloody fussy. yes they brake after several uses and yes they bend if you miss the gap and so what. use them conciously and you will have no food remains between your teeth. i use these in combination with twice daily brushing, twice daily tounge scraping, once a day oil pulling and tepe toothpicks at night at the end of the day

Even though it's far from being cheapest interdental brush -it's the best one I ever used. It came as a recommendation from my dentist, and it helped me in treating my bleeding gums more than any toothbrush and toothpaste. It helped me after just the first used and completely stopped bleeding gums in two week period.I used as recommended by my dentist: one side (out of four: up/down left/right) per night after regular brushing, did the trick.

For in depth scraping I prefer the wire/bristle Tepe brushes as there are gaps in my teeth where these don't quite do the job in dislodging the food remnants. However easy to use and great for a toothpick replacement. Coupled with the old style I think Ive got the best of both worlds.
