Why did you pick this product vs others?:So glad I bought this! I'm going through menopause and already suffer hot flashes, so I wasn't looking forward to spending time outdoors for the 4th July celebrations, in 95F humid heat! But this was a really big help! I'm glad I chose this product, because it comes with the insulated pouch - very useful!You put the neck cooler in the fridge or freezer to start with. It says it freezes at any temp below 64°F / 17°C, which is remarkable!... It takes about 30 minutes to freeze in the freezer and about an hour to freeze in the fridge... But you can pull it out sooner and use it cool, rather than frozen. Up to you. And then, when you take it somewhere, you can put it in the insulated pouch that it comes with, and it stays cold for several hours!One tip: I recommend buying a 2 pack, not just 1 single neck cooler. I should have done this, but didn't. After wearing it in the heat, it warms up, after about half an hour. If you have a 2nd neck cooler, you can swap them out. While one is cooling down, you can be wearing the other one!However, having only one, I managed by putting an ice pack in the pouch... (You can fit a small lunch-box sized ice pack in there, along with the neck cooler). When the neck cooler warmed up, I put it back in the insulated pouch with the ice pack, and it cooled down again, after about half an hour... This was at least better than nothing.But, I'm now going to buy a 2nd neck cooler, so that I can swap them out. I was asked if it was wet and/or uncomfortable - No it doesn't get wet, and it's very comfortable! It stays dry on your skin, and the material is very soft. It's also very flexible, so it fits any neck size and doesn't choke at all. Another tip: It's probably a good idea to store it in the small cardboard box that it comes with, or in a gallon Ziploc bag, while in the freezer. If it gets punctured at all, and leaks, it would be no good anymore. So keeping it in the box, or a plastic bag could help to prevent this. I'm including a photo of me at an outdoor evening picnic, wearing the neck cooler. It's slim, so doesn't look too conspicuous, but makes a big difference to cooling me down! :)

I bought these neck rings to wear in the gym to keep me cool. Holy cow are these delightful! They stay cool for the duration of my 60 minute HIIT workout and provide a great way to keep from overheating. It's nice that there are 2 neck rings in this bundle, as I can share the other one with someone in my class. I like the fact you just need to wipe them down and throw them back in the freezer for the next use. This is a great buy!

Only stays cold for one hour but works amazing. Bought more.

Im giving this 5 stars because I dont know how well it will work but I do have a question...I just got it today and threw in the freezer. Its now frozen solid. So...how the heck is it supposed to go around my neck now that it's frozen SOLID? If I force it Im sure it will tear/rip and then be useless.Did I miss something?

I ordered these in blue but they arrived in pink. No big deal, I wanted pink anyway. They stayed cold for about an hour and a half in 80° heat before being completely melted. Good product, could be better.

Bought to use in hot weather on my way into work when the AC doesn't quite hit the spot. Tezsed during 80° weather, driving, overcast day (no direct sun)... and it barely lasted 15 minutes. Even then, the ice inside had completely melted and was barely cool to the touch.I bought a second one, different brand, to test and see if different types may have different stuff inside... nah, both are the same stuff used in reusable ice packs for minor injuries and only last about 10 minutes of actual cold.This behavior is intentional to prevent frostbite (i.e. lawsuits), but luckily I know of a better product, but I ha e to make it at home (time consuming and have to make in bulk).

Don’t hesitate buy it now. Do you work outdoors, do you work in open air, are you a chef in a hot kitchen are you a hot mama? Seriously this changes the game. Doesn’t dry out like towels. Truly cools you off and chills quickly. I pop in work fridge minutes later I’m happier and more pleasant to be around. Many friends have also purchased.

I am enjoying these neck cooling tubes. There's always a second one in the freezer ready to wear after the first one thaws out. In order to not force the tube opening to go on my neck after it's frozen solid, I freeze it with something between the two ends propping it open just a little.
