Not worth the price
Do not buy this HDMI cable that will cost you 89.00 dollars when the actual item is less than 20.00 dollars. The seller is charging an exaggerated amount and doesn’t provide details as to what the extra charge is for. I am flagging this seller and will make sure to not buy anything from them. Please look for other sellers for the items you are looking for.

Good for screen mirroring with different resolutions
HDMI splitter works pretty good for taking a HDMI signal and splitting it to use two different useful resolutions. Kit comes with the converter, SPDIF cable, power supply and cable, and analog audio out cable. The box has fairly solid construction, but there is no way to mount it on the wall or in a cabinet. There are also various configurations where the analog sound output will not work. So just be aware depending on your setup you may need a SPDIF to analog converter. Just have the chart handy that is in the instructions so you can select different resolutions and audio modes. There is a slight delay when using the dip switches, and often the TV or monitors need a few seconds (or even a power cycle) before working. Its best to have in mind the inputs and outputs that you want and set the dip switches for those modes. Then if something does not work or look/sound correct, then modify the dip switches to get something similar. Overall it does work well and there are a lot of modes to choose from, depending on the TV/monitor and sound setup you want. Works very well for streaming captures to take a 4k output, and convert it to 1080 - or to just have a stable output (why is there no 2k though?).

It worked - but not for long
It worked as advertised out of the box, but after about 3 months, it started suffering video dropouts, which got worse to the point where I threw the item away and purchased a different brand

High end, 8K capable HDMI splitter
This is a high end (8K capable) HDMI splitter that lets you split a signal between multiple monitors or devices. Recommended.

Does not work well as an EDID Emulator
I wanted to use this for both the HDMI splitter function and also for the EDID emulation. My test setup included my laptop and 2 monitors, one that is 1080p and the other 2560x1440 but will accept and display 4K signals. My expectations for this device was that if powered on and a specific EDID was selected from the dip switches, it would provide that EDID to the PC regardless if there was a monitor attached or not. I was comparing this to a separate standalone EDID emulator which worked as expected including at 4K resolution. This device would not generate an EDID for my laptop unless a monitor is attached to the output. My standalone emulator worked as expected, emulating a monitor at the selected resolution as soon as it was connected. As far as I could tell, it seemed to work fine as a splitter at 1080p. It also passed the higher 2560x1440 resolution signal to the proper monitor. (This is an edited review based on further testing.)

Nice picture, quality materials, compact size
Nice picture, quality materials, compact size: This HDMI splitter provides a very sharp picture quality that has so far lived up the the 8K claims. The picture isn't diminished or glitchy when projecting on multiple screens, and doesn't have a weird color saturation to it that some other, less expensive splitters I've owned have had. For this type of product, I've found that you really do get what you pay for, and while ~$70 is in the mid-high range for a splitter like this, it's well worth the extra cost considering cheaper models often fail to live up to expectations or break relatively easily. The unit is also made with durable metal materials that not only help to keep it cool (since the metal acts as a passive cooling material), but makes it more physically durable in case you need to move it around often. The size of the unit is a bit larger than the most compact splitter I've owned, but still is small enough to keep in a busier area without taking up too much surface space. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
