Wonderful Computer! Highly Recommend! People usually keep this item.
Great little computer! Perfect for Netflix and youtube and general web surfing. Loving all the cool things I can do with AI. I asked AI to create a skull wallpaper to fit my screen and it did it! This PC does everything fast with no lag, very responsive. Also plays Vegas style games real well. Havent tried any AAA game titles as I have a PS5 I do all my gaming on. If your thinking about getting this computer just do it. Ive had mine up and running 24/7 for over a month with no issues. I rarely hear the fan and when I do its barely noticeable. Very happy with this purchase! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent machine until, . . .
I work remotely and needed a win11 machine. This computer performed above and beyond all I asked of it. The machine even surprised me with its' capabilities. Then a windows upgrade on Oct.14, within 12 hours the computer went completely dead. It's last message was: critical_process_died (0xEF) Now the machine won't run at all, thanks .

Handles all of my tasks
This really is powerful. I almost didn't buy it since one of the reviewers said how the power brick messed up their monitors. I will make sure to keep the brick as far as possible from them. A month prior I bought another brand with an N150 and it did the job, but the fan noise cranked on every process. This is able to handle three monitors on ThinkorSwim and a few tabbed Chrome web pages and there is no feeling of delay or strain. This is a great purchase. Oh, it does feel warm, so I bought a separate upward fan that is super cheap and so quiet that you have to pause to hear it, yet it keeps this a lot cooler so I recommend getting a Mini PC fan for it as well.

Poor quality SSD failed very quickly
I really want to like this product but the SSD is failing after only eight months of light usage.

Small Capable Loud
I really want to like this pc. The specs you get for the price seems amazing. The problem for me is there are no utility apps to control the fan or power settings. Yes, you can use the built in windows powers settings but it's not as nice as having a custom app from the pc manufacturer. Also the "support" on their website is severely lacking. There are downloads for drivers but they're not really labeled so it's almost impossible to know what to install. There's also a download for Windows in case you need to reinstall the OS but I'm not sure how activation will work. The fan ramps up often and it's loud. It's the loudest of all my devices in my living room and it's the smallest device. I'm running Plex Server and the fan ramps up to full speed often even though Plex is barely doing anything. For this reason alone I might return it. So far it does perform really well. I streamed a couple of 4K Plex movies on my network and it handled it really well. I purposely forced a transcode and it ran well although I'm not sure how much the gpu was working. If your not going to be bothered by loud fan noise then this is probably great depending on what your using it for.

Cutest little computer I have ever seen
Awesome little computer! Four inches square so it will fit anywhere while having more storage than my huge desktop. Fast and dependable. Easy to set up and start working. Very happy with the amount of computer for the price.

Loud with thermal issues - unstable
I bought this on August 3, 2024 it is now loud and having thermal issues. The fan is constantly going, which is not overly annoying, but it will spin up the maximum and keep that up unless almost all apps are closed. Windows will eventually freeze and then the only option is to power off the system. I am sure to not keep anything around the vents and I use compressed air to clean the PC on a regular basis. I have no desire to take this apart and look at the thermal paste. Just over a year and this thing is already going in the PC junk collection. I am going back to using my 8th gen Intel i7 that is in a tower (and nearly silent). The mini PC experiment was a failure (I have a few and most have annoying fans and terrible build quality).

Powerful little box for server workloads, very stable so far
I bought this mini PC to replace my old NAS as the primary Plex server in my home network. I installed Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS and built out a full setup including Plex, Tautulli, NFS v3 automounts to a Synology NAS, watchdog, zram, unattended-upgrades, fail2ban and Timeshift. The hardware has handled everything without issues. The i5-12450H has more than enough power for Plex. Local NVMe storage is fast. The 2.5 GbE NIC runs at full speed with no drops. My NFS mounts stay stable during long media scans and heavy activity. CPU temps stay in the 30s–40s under normal load and the box remains quiet. I run Plex metadata locally on the NVMe, and all media streams over NFS from the Synology. Even with heavy scanning or chapter thumbnail generation, performance has been smooth. I also tested zram at 50 percent of RAM and everything remained stable. Only one thing I noticed: during boot, I get occasional ACPI and i2c “lost arbitration” warnings in the system logs. They don’t seem to affect the actual performance of the mini PC, but I want to make sure it’s not indicating a hardware-level issue. Question for the manufacturer: Are ACPI or i2c “lost arbitration” messages normal on this model, or is this a firmware/BIOS issue that needs an update? Outside of that, this is a solid mini PC for server workloads and home lab setups.
