Good starter kit.
I opted for a kit for my most recent fishing set up as I didn’t want to spend loads but also wanted the convenience of having most things to hand in one box.The floats were a bit poor but to be honest I bought my preference from our regular store anyway.It’s a good starter kit for anyone getting into fishing who doesn’t want to shell out hundreds.I’ve caught plenty with it and had no problems as it’s as I would expect.More advanced fishers may not benefit from this set but for someone who fishes casually or perhaps a beginner, it’s a good way to test the water (literally) without the huge outlay that fishing can incur.The box is big enough to add to it as you buy more bits but it also gives you the basics to get you going.I purchased a pair of scissors and some floats to fit my needs but otherwise haven’t needed to buy much and can still catch as many as the other guys I’m with.

Great value for money
Good starter package and seems to have everything needed to go for a fish, just need your bait.Haven’t tried it yet, but have had a good look over and all seems good.

Rod OK. Reel gets tangled so easily. The box is too low its uncomfortable and the foam is peeling off, the tool kit box inside is a waste. The keep net only just reaches the water, the landing net is OK,

Everything needed to back to grips with fishing!
My Dad just started to get back into fishing after many years and this kit is perfect to help him get to grips with it again. All excellent quality products which provide the basic necessities, he was over the moon.My order arrived quickly and safely and was everything I expected at a reasonable price. The perfect starter kit.

Cheep and cheerful
A lot of money for what you get even at thi low quality. Suitable for child rather than adult.

Cheap rubbish
What a load of cheap rubbish ! Please buy decent stuff 2nd hand rather than this tosh. I wanted to see if fishing was for me, but the tackle supplier is “pound shop” rubbish, rod broke on 4th catch, reel has cheapest line available, keep net unusable and landing net is made of tin foil - avoid all these sets they are awful
