Mine arrived broken, the jade part separated from the metal roller. I tried to fix it myself but it keeps falling out. Really disappointed.Update:They sent me a new one, and were kind enough to write a hand written message. The new one works well! Thanks!

I didn’t realize how much I needed a jade roller until I got one. I love it! It arrived in great condition too. I store it in the refrigerator in the black bag it was packaged in and use it cold for about 5 minutes every morning and night after I put on my moisturizer. It’s so therapeutic and leaves my skin is extra smooth. I’m also 6 months pregnant and have noticed it has decreased my morning and evening face “bloat”. Thank you Latoire!
