Last time I checked I was a 34B and I ordered these in size small. They're so comfortable. They fit and look great with and without the pads. The pads move around and curl up a little bit but that's not much of an issue. If you have your eyes on these I highly recommend you get them.

I was very skeptical ordering these. I am in my forties. I have had children. I am about a 34 b/c. I wanted real support. I ordered the small. While these aren't going to give you underwire bra support, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I am actually wearing one, here at work, under a T-shirt. I actually feel supported! The straps aren't cutting in to my shoulders. Nothing digging in, under my breasts. I really, really feel comfortable wearing this! I was raised you don't show your bra straps, and you don't go "free" when you sag. (except at home!) That certainly limits clothing options today. I actually feel comfortable wearing these under loose, spaghetti strap tops. I would definitely recommend!
