Received broken and dirty. I washed the product and the meat I was grounding up was sticking to the product.

The first one I ever used was from pampered chef about 12 yrs ago. I don't know what type of material it was made of but it was like a firm silicone. If worked perfectly like how have I cooked this long without it. This one doesn't even feel right in my hand. Too short maybe. Most importantly, the bottom part is made of hard plastic. You do need to use some force when separating the meat and this can easily ruin your pans. I have not used it again.

Returned item and THEN they charged $5 for shipping - never was told or notified of paying to return. Would've kept the low-budget item if I knee that

I have always just used a spoon or a spatula to chop meat. After seeing many people using this product I thought it would be great…. Not so much my spoon and spatula do a better job. This just smashes meat and doesn’t cut it apart. 👎👎
