Totally worth it. If you’re thinking about buying this, just go for it. It’s plastic, but honestly isn’t that bad of quality, and for $70 it’s better than I expected. The Attention to detail is pretty cool, and the battery life of a single pack is pretty good, never mind having 3! The headlights are actually useful (just wish it had taillights, but I’ll add my own later) and it’s actually got some power to it. Super fun to drift around the house too. The few cons that it has is the sound of the motor, it’s a little on the noisy side (I’m planning on upgrading that too) and the weight capacity of the bed; two pounds squats it out and the tires rub on the bed not allowing it to move (I’d recommend putting something in place to stop the axle from going too far up) otherwise this is a great truck. I bought this to keep me happy until I can afford a real one, and looking at the real ones they did a really good job making this truck look as close as possible

I bought two so my wife and I could drive them around the in the back yard. They have been really fun. For quality it falls somewhere in between toy and hobbyist RC. This was bought on a whim and for the money I paid I have no complaints.

It is said that you always remember your first one....well this is my first 1/18 scal RC drift car. At 77 I became interested in these cars after seeing one on Etsy as I cruised the site for parts/accessories for my real NA Miata. Saw one and decided to check on pricing elsewhere, glad I did. That is what lead me to Amazon and my first drift car. However it no longer looks like this...........body painted in Montego Blue (a flop color) of my first NA Miata. Roof is white as is the hardtop I have. Other little things have been done to it to make it personal. Get one and go for it!

The driveshafts that come with this C64-1 aren't right for it. The holes that connect to the transmission and axles are far too large and will offset it to the side after tightening the grub screws and look floppy from the outside.

High quality remote control car. Easy to operate with many very nice features. The remote control is easy to use and with 3 batteries included you can use the car with one battery while the other two are charging, if necessary. The charging cord will take 1, 2 or 3 batteries at once. It does require minor assembly of some small trim parts. Not that hard for a teenager or adult but a child will need help.

I bought this for my wife because it's what she wanted for our rc activities but unfortunately it just doesn't have the power on non level ground pretty cool little truck though would recommend for children not for anything to crazy.

Everything as described and works well. Bought for a present and the recipient loved it.

Has some really good features. Prime for upgrades. Mine didn't work out of the box, customer support were very helpful. Have spent a bit on upgrades already. Be prepared to be spending time browsing parts as there are loads available. Good fun.

The unit looks great and functions very well, except for the fact that all 5 wheels have 2 distinct flat spots. So the car hops along rather than drive. I have contacted the supplier and they are supposedly sourcing me some new tyres but they have gone very quiet over the last few weeks
