This doesn't exactly knock me out into a deep slumber whenever I take it but I do pair it with melatonin and it seems to help. It never fails me when I am having anxiety or stress.Also it is really delicious.

Normally majority of tea lovers like to have their tea bags nicely packed in paper packets/ sachets. But here each tea bags are just kept loose in an ammonium pack. Disadvantage of this packing is that the tea bags will lose it's aroma by the time the last tea bag is used.

I recently purchased this for my wife who loves loose leaf tea.I ordered the loose leaf tea but got the pre bagged tea instead. Tried to tell her she can cut the bag open and pour it in, but was told it’s not the same.So I’ve been using it for myself (don’t think I can return it since I had opened it, unfortunately).The tea itself tastes incredibly good. High quality ingredients in each bag. Not just a bunch of dust in the bag like many teas I’ve seen. You can actually see and smell the ingredients. It was packaged the same week I ordered it (so it’s very fresh). All in all, I enjoy the flavor of this tea. I’ve only had it two nights, so I haven’t had enough opportunity to try it for sleep. I will update this after I’ve tried it a few times.Even though I didn’t get what I ordered, I’m impressed with the quality, freshness, and overall taste of this product.So, all in all, I like this product and would recommend it.I wish it was the loose leaf I had originally ordered as a gift, but I will happily use this.

Blue Hills Black Tea is really smooth with a very nice caffeine buzz! Great in the morning and or/early afternoon.

This tea is fine. It doesn't blow me away, but it's also not terrible. Just a perfectly serviceable loose leaf green tea.I used a clay tea pot to brew it, and was able to get two decent batches out of the amount of leaves I used.

Lucmi is a 110 year old company. Their tea is from the best estates in india that no one can beat.
