We got this Telescoping Portable carrying flagpole to use when we needed to reach high places for a specific purpose...not exactly for what what it is advertised. Although it could be used as a way to elevate a banner or flag while walking with a group, we found several things while playing with it.The flagpole has ten different sections - each measuring between 11" and 12"...with the base section with the handle being the longest. When fully extended, the smallest sections start to bow down, even without anything attached. If thou do not extend the smallest sections and keep the extensions to only 6 or 7, the pole is a lot stronger.The pole comes with a wrist strap which needs to be affixed to the bottom of the handle and an added whistle as a bonus for protection. The pole also has two clip/triangles attached, one fixed and one sliding, and also comes with 4 clips to put on the triangles so you can attach to the grommets on a flag. We intended to use it for other purposes, like getting things off a high shelf, cleaning ceiling fans way up high, and reaching things outside. It is multipurpose and you can affix things to the top triangle to help with whatever purposes you have. And then can fold it down to store at less than 15" long x 1" wide. Perfect.

I bought this because I needed a talk flagpole and all I could find locally or se 6 foot piles I saw happy to see a 9 foot ine ane orderee ur but if yiu extebe tgus one of 4 or 5 feet ur ie wo narriw and fumsy tge wind and bendw the thing terribly. This is junk for my needs and I want to send it back.

I'd seen several people recommend these tri string wands for bubble making. It's nice and light weight, so that's a plus.. But in doing further reading in my bubble groups, EVERYONE says the part that telescopes rusts out. That's not good :(

This flag pole is made to be really sturdy, holding up well even when fully extended, and the grip is soft and comfortable for long term holding. And it's super light so it doesn't add a lot of weigh to your backpack. I really appreciate the included lanyard, which gives you more options for holding and storing.

The pole itself is decent. Fully extended and it reached the 9+ ft length as advertised. Issue is with the linking hardware. It's made with very lightweight low strength aluminum. Including the head knob. So, not something to use if you want to anchor a flag to a moving car. More for a stationary marker type situation. Or for the tour guide in a group. The pole will stand up to mild wind, but I didn't trust it enough to leave it fully extended during very windy days.The whistle was a nice touch however. Loud enough to be heard without blowing too hard.

I have some sports banners that I like to put up during the seasons. Unfortunately taping them to my windows is tacky, and I'd rather not display them in a frame. I found out about these portable flagpoles by accident. I got the one that's over 9 feet long. Once i extended it out I realized it might be way too much for most people, so unless you have a massive banner maybe get a smaller flagpole. With that said if I go camping or hiking then I'll be sure to take it with me next time, as it also comes with a handy safety whistle. I doubt my family or friends will ever lose me if I wear this with my backpack.

This is an expandable flag pole. It has steel rings (one attached to the tip, one that slides down to about 3’ for flag width). The flags can be smaller and the lower ring slides up to accommodate.Also comes with a wrist strap and 4 connectors to attach flag eyelets to the steel rings.The pole expands to about 10’ but wouldn’t withstand high winds with a full size flag at that length. Close to 3’ extended, the flag can be held and waved easily.Without the flag attached, a 22” length is ideal to deter would-be flag thieves or persons wishing to harm your flag.
