Its a thin saw so you will be cutting slim small branches. Works great if you let it work the way it should with pull strokes.Its gonna bend if you force it and or want to cut thicker stuffNot sure if the blade is really nipon

The media could not be loaded. Weak blade it folds from side to side as I am cutting. Would not buy again.

Blade is dangerously thin. Not ok for tree work. It would likely be great for fine wood working but not for pruning or camping.

So much better the previous pruning saw I was using! This one has unique teeth that make quick work of my Oak trees' limbs. The blade is relatively thin but if it is guided straightly and accurately it doesn't bend and cuts right through the wood.

This little guy is pretty awesome and comes in handy. Surprisingly it does a beautiful job of cutting through branches, even really stubborn palm.

I received the holster without the saw !

Not as described more like light duty. Blade is very flimsy!
