This is a clarifying shampoo so should be used as directed on the bottle.
This shampoo is great I dyed my hair and it was far too dark I saw this advertised on the Amazon site and it took the colour down at least 2 shades after 2 washes but its recommended you only use it once a week.

This really cleansed my fine greasy highlighted hair, feeling squeaky clean washing away all the product build up and when I conditioned my hair the conditioner worked so much better.

Squeaky Clean Hair and Shine
Really does give you squeaky clean hair which then soaks up conditioner to the maximum afterwards. Hair was so shiny afterwards and as someone who can suffer from itchy scalp/product irritation, no issues at all. As per some other comments, the shampoo us really thick and I had to unscrew the lid and really squeeze the bottle, however worth this annoyance as the product is so good.

Very good shampoo. Hair feels smooth and squeaky clean. Smells nice but consistency is quite thick and have to squeeze to get it out. Very happy with the results.
