I'm not sure. I didn't feel any desensitization from this spray, as in I did not notice any numbing effect. But apparently you aren't supposed to. I mean, I'm not exactly a minute man, anyway, so... It looks like its a concoction of herbs.I should probably put it in this perspective: I had no side effects. It wasn't sticky, smelly, or noticeable for my partner or myself. Finally, it didn't make the duration of sex last a shorter length of time, certainly.I honestly think it does work. If had an issue with premature ejaculation, I would certainly give this a go. It's all natural with no real downside to trying it.

It gives me another 10 minutes or so. Does have a slight, almost antiseptic odor at first. But it fades pretty quick. A bit pricey for the number of uses you'll get out of it. But it does work.
