I first bought these seeds at the Good Food Show at the NEC. The representative more or less guaranteed that they would relieve me of my painful heartburn for good. I have to say that so far he was right! My symptoms eased within hours of starting on them. I kept taking them for three months as directed and have been 90% heartburn free ever since. I bought a second batch recently as I wanted them for those now rare occasions when the discomfort returned. Better than anything else I have ever tried.

Really good to help digestion have had it before, not the best taste but the outcome is really worth it, I have ibs-d and it works wonders for me

I've been taking this 'mix' for a little while now and it has definitely made a difference to my digestion. The recommended amount is a half teaspoonful after each meal but it works better for me if I take just over half a teaspoonful. The most noticeable effect is when taking a bowel movement. I feel completely emptied. I shall continue to use it, as long as I can get it at a good price.

I inadvertently gave this product a bad review and apologise profoundly. D'MIX ARRIVED PROMPLTLY and is a pleasant product to take. Not been taking it long enough to see if it works but feels as if it should help.

Been using this product to help with IBS symptoms for a couple of years on and off and definitely find it helps. Easy and pleasant to take and all completely natural too. Highly recommend, particularly as it's worth a try because it cannot do any harm and may just do a lot of good.

This is such an excellent product, really helpful for aiding digestion, you just need a teas spoonful after a meal and the digestion works perfectly. Really recommend this very highly! Such a great service as well, always very happy with the purchase and delivery!

Been using D’mix for years. These seeds changed my life. I no longer have to take meds for IBS. I’m not bloated and can eat most foods.

Unfortunately this product had absolutely none of the promised effects on me. It tastes nice though, as a little after-meal chew.
