Originally I gave this unit a 5 star review. It worked great but for only 2 months. The internal pump has failed and it displays the E6 error code. Hard to find any information on how to deal with this issue.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a new home and discovered the crawlspace/basement area is always wet. In fear of mold I started to run a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier I was using is a standard residential one. I couldn’t get the crawlspace area to dry up and felt like it was going to be impossible. Someone mentioned getting a commercial one so I decided to take the chance. After looking around on various shopping sites I decided on this particular one mainly due to the price point. I was nervous however that I would “get what I paid for”. I was also nervous due to it being shipped by a third party. Well first off I want to say that this arrived very quickly and ahead of schedule. I immediately put it to use and within 12 hours my crawlspace was pretty much dried up. The next day I could literally feel the difference when entering the area. I have been using it with the pump and it’s been going strong with no issues. It is very simple to operate and has a touch screen led panel to simplify setting adjustments. The handle and wheels allow easy transporting from one area to the other. Overall this has been a lifesaver and has set my mind at ease. I do not feel that mold will be an issue any longer.

The media could not be loaded. I was happy to see that this item arrived quickly because I was needing it for my business location. It was easy to install just a few parts like the wheels and handle in just a few minutes. all the parts were there and the instructions were clear. The wheels roll really good on it and don’t seem cheap. It keeps up really well with our extreme Midwest humidity. I’m happy with this purchase!

After 2 months the dehumidifier is showing error code E6, and isn't emptying the internal water tank. The pump is making a louder noise than typical, but no water is moving. After a few minutes, the pump and fan stop. We've tried to get the company to replace or fix and they refuse.

After two weeks, stopped working with error E6, there was no explanation of error in user guide or troubleshooting help, and there is no manufacturer web site, anyway I emailed the issue to seller and they replied me that the pump needs to be replaced and mentioned that the pump is not available and you have to wail for a month. so I returned the unit.

I purchased for my basement ,Really Impressive quality and arrived securely packaged. It works perfect,reducing the humidity so fast ,Also easy to install.

We purchased for our large, finished basement (the storage area attached has a lot of moisture as it is underground) hoping it would be a long time before we would have to replace it. We waited 24 hours to plug it in as advised and it ran great for 2 days. Then the E6 error showed up. Either the water pump failed or something else did, bc even the continuous drain feature didn't do anything. Had to remove the small tank and empty it into a sink and then reattach. Shipping this failure back Monday : ( At least the cheaper 50 pint dehumidifiers we usually get last a year or more.

The newer more expensive costway model does NOT come with a pumpThis one has internal pump with 20 ft hose and 130 dollars lessFor how powerful it is....it is relatively quiet tooOverall solid build. Nothing appears cheaply made.
