Hi my Granddaughter only had her Jojo headphones two days and tonite all she could hear was buzzing and nothing else..my daughter in law tried them and same thing..please could you help

Disappointmented
Dont work as well as they should. Everything is muffled after only 3 weeks. Had to buy different ones.

Stopped working!
Bought at beginning of July for little girl used just for iPad only 6 weeks of use and have stopped working have been taken care of and no damage wouldn’t recommend for the price my son has a cheaper pair and have lasted way longer. Save your money.
