You can't go wrong with Dick
The steel used in F. Dick knives is exceptional. It takes and holds a razor sharp edge, both are equally important in my line of work as a meat inspector. I can make precise cuts quickly and efficiently. Because of the harder steel I use a black ceramic to keep my edge going. I've been an inspector for 14 years and I've tried many brands of packing house type knives. These are the only brand I'll buy.
