A good little hutch, well made and easy to put together. But very light (flimsy) wood and I have my concerns that bunny will chew it's way out in no time. I've painted mine as theres no way it would survive uk rain, and I'm going to screw 4 rubber doorstoppers to each bottom corner so the wood is not constantly on wet ground.Would say only just big enough for a mini breed or Netherlands dwarf, and only 1, if you allow needing space to lie stretched out. Mine will have permanent access to a run from the bottom, wouldn't want caged up in this other than for a very short time

This hutch is an okay hutch. The instructions are not clear on how to build it and involves lots of guessing work, the nails are not labelled and are very similar to each other nail even though they are for different sections. I wouldn't recommend this hutch as I had plenty of problems with this for example: The ramp is falling off due to nails of the sellers screwing. The 2nd floor does not get screwed on and can easily come off. It just doesn't give clear instructions and is a cheap and bad.

It good and lot space for Rabbits and easy to clean and Rabbits enjoyed the hutch but ladder doesn't stay on and big problem stay on long only be on about 5 days and falls off.

Not the best to put together, and a bit flimsy. But lots of room once up!!

I thought the wood would be treated and the ramp is a bit flimsy
