I love this posture corrector. I work in front of a computer all day. After sitting long hours, I tends to bend my back all the time. I can see this from all my recent pictures . My body just naturally feels normal with bending backs. I bought this to help correct this problem. So far so good. I wear it when I work in front of my computer. Very comfortable once on however it takes getting used to how to put it on due to many different straps . I have bad sciatica issues causing me to lean forward during flare ups and It has helped me to keep my posture straight.
