Thirty48 Plantar Fasciitis Socks, 20-30 mmHg Foot Compression Sleeves for Ankle/Heel Support, Increase Blood Circulation, Relieve Arch Pain, Reduce Foot Swelling (Grey & Grey (2 Pairs), Small)

I have tried many different compression sleeves and i would say that Thirty48 is a Medium compression sleeve. One issue with the Thirty48 is that the bands at the toe end of the sleeve are to thin and tend to roll up if i try to wear it under my sock. With other sleeves the band is thicker / more compressive than the sleeve itself which prevents rolling up while putting your sock over the compression sleeve.I am a 50 year old runner / past marathoner that has battled plantar fasciitis for the past 12 years.My foot is approximately 9.25" in circumference in the arch and i bought the Large with the Thirty48.Other Compression Sleeves purchased on AmazonMOJO -With the MOJO brand i wear an XL and it provides the most compression of any compression sleeve / sock that i have found. However i cant wear the MOJO sleeve all day or it tends to cause pain after a period of time. However it does eliminate foot pain while i run and that is the goal.SB SOX- I have found that The SB SOX sleeve (which i ordered the large) has a bit less support than the Thirty48 but is comparable. It too has a very thin band on the toe end of the sleeve so i wear them over my sock to make them easier to get on and to add compression due to the thickness of my sock.Natra Cure - The Natra Cure (Large) has the least compression of the compression sleeves that i have tried and not enough support while i run.I prefer the sleeve over socks because the socks tend to cramp my toes.Remember everyone is different so it is a trial and error process.And for all of them, it would be great if they wouldn't plaster their name across the front!

I have tried other compression ankle socks before and after trying these I was quite impressed with the quality. I wear a size 8.5 shoe normally and ordered the size medium pair of socks, I used the size chart and past experience to pick a size. In my experience you want to order them at whatever size is one shoe size smaller than what you normally wear because these compression socks don't do any good unless they are fairly snug.I also like these because when you're wearing them they are low profile enough that they can be worn under regular socks and not cause discomfort. (With the open toes sometimes I need to wear socks with them.) They also wash nicely. I wash mine in with my cool loads and then hang to dry. I think they probably could be dried without any problem but they don't take long to air dry and they stay nice longer this way.I think the only thing I dislike is that I only bought one pair!

I have suffered from Plantar's Fasciitis for years, I've used orthotic insoles, orthotic shoes, and injections. While these all work quite well, they are very expensive. My doctor advised me to try the compression socks. I purchased these ones and they live up to their word!!! I get so much relief from these socks so i feel so much better than usual at the end of day. They are beyond comfortable and true to size. The company shipped them quickly, i received them within a couple of days of ordering.

When i originally ordered these socks back in March of 2017 i liked them, but after wearing them for several months i have changed my opinion. There is a problem especially if you wear socks over them. The bottom edge is not hemmed so when you put on socks over them the edge curls up and rolls back on you foot. This is uncomfortable and creates pressure on the lower foot when you walk or run. Otherwise these socks feel good on the arch and ankle and provide mild support.

This product is great except for poor construction. I have 4 pairs of these compression socks and have had no problems until this one. As you can see the top "trim" separated from the body of the sock making it worthless. I am 85 years old and am hardly strong enough to cause this kind of damage. Be careful, these are far too expensive to keep replacing because of poor construction.UPDATE: I have updated my review to a full 5 stars due to the companies exceptional customer service. After posting my original review customer service responded and have already placed a replacement sock in the mail for me. Great service.

I have severe neuropathy in my right leg and foot due to chemotherapy. The nerve damage is the tradeoff for putting my cancer in remission but the weakness and pain in my right ankle and foot makes standing and walking very difficult. I decided to try compression therapy and this little sock is the best I've used so far. It gives stability to my ankle and the compression helps to relieve the pain and burning in my foot. I wear size 7 shoe so I first bought the small but it was too tight. I next ordered a size medium and it's perfect. I wish they were sold individually as I only need the right foot. I haven't tried turning the left one inside out yet so I can only guess if that will be as effective. Overall, I am very pleased with this product,especially because it helps to relieve pain.

I like these, but with I would have purchased a larger size, hard to get on, UPDATE: I purchased some shoes at ORTHOFEET.COM , and wearing them, has finally cured my Plantar Fasciitis!! No kidding, after wasting money on every gimmick out there to help my foot pain, I got these shoes and BOOM, I could walk pain free! Better than taping, nightboots, splints , rollers....etc. I wear my shoes from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. Bought a pair for in the house and a pair for going out. I still do foot stretches, but no longer have the horrible heal pain.

I have not officially been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, but I have been experiencing foot pain due to increased activity. These compression socks definitely have helped to prevent most of the pain. I have thicker ankles, so they are tight on my leg, but overall the size medium are a great fit for a 8.5 wide woman's foot. I have experienced a little rolling and bunching, but not anything that has been distracting while working out. I wore them to bed once, but they were uncomfortable so now I just wear them to curb swelling and pain or while working out.

小生、半年程前からリューマチを患い両足首に重度の痛みが伴っています。投薬による治療と、痛み緩和の為他のサポータを装着し患部の手当してますが中々痛みは和らぎません。今回購入したソックスタイプのサポータを使用しましたが、始め装着時はきつく感じますが、その後はそれ程は締め付けの感じはしません。又長時間（５～６時間）装着していてもそれ程締め付けられる感じはない。痛みも可なり緩和されるのでこの商品を暫く続け様と思います。足のサイズは２５，５㎝で（Ｍ）を使用しています。

足底筋膜炎のため、親指の付け根から後ろの部分に痛みが出ていたので、その近辺をカバーするサポーターを探していました。なかなか、この部分をカバーする物がなく、この商品を見つけて試しにと思って買ってみましたが、とても良い商品でした。出勤時から帰宅するまで履いています。寒くなってからは、その上に靴下を二重履きしています。４～５か月経ちましたが、現在はほぼ痛みがなくなっています。足の疲れも緩和されている気がするので、現在も使用しています。

あし（踵）が痛むので試しに購入。きつい靴下と云うか、ほど良い締め付け感のサポーターと言うか。きつ過ぎないので長時間着けていられます肝心なのですが痛みも緩和してますので自分の場合は効果ありでした。

足の甲の静脈から水分流失の結果足が浮腫むのでその対策に使用したところ非常に効果がありオススメ浮腫みが酷いと足の甲を加圧するだけでは水分が足首に逃げるだけなのでこのサポーターを付けておくと足首までカバーできるので非常に効果がある包帯やテーピングを買うより安いし靴を履く時の邪魔にならないし洗える清潔しかも足の甲だけの加圧より痛みが明らかに少ないそして浮腫みに使用する場合は右左は関係なく使って問題無く効果があるひざ下の浮腫みに悩んでる人は買うべき薄くてピシッとしているが締めつけ過ぎないのもイイ見た目もイイ
